Not only was the soap component melted out, but it was convenient that the non-woven fabric could be used as a substitute for towels, etc. to scrub off dirt during washing, and to wipe off excess water after washing. However, in this conventional non-woven fabric with soap, the soap component is adhered to the surface of the fibers constituting the non-woven fabric by impregnating the liquid soap and then drying it to remove water, so that the soap component is in the form of a film or block. Since it is present in the non-woven fabric, it is difficult to control its cleaning characteristics such as foaming property, foam stability, and foam discharging property, and the soap component has a slow dissolution rate. That is, it is difficult to set the cleaning characteristics according to the application with this non-woven fabric with soap. For example, when used for disposable hand towels and simple hand washing, the soap component is likely to remain in the non-woven fabric, so it is not suitable for use as a substitute for towels, etc. There has been a problem that washing must be done carefully, and on the other hand, if the amount of soap is reduced in order to improve foaming, sufficient detergency cannot be obtained. Further, this non-woven fabric with soap has a drawback that it takes a lot of steps and time because it is made by impregnating the once-formed non-woven fabric with liquid soap and then drying it, resulting in poor productivity.

The present invention provides a sheet mainly composed of pulp fibers (2) bonded by a powdery or fibrous heat-fusible resin (3). A soap-containing sheet (1), which holds powdered soap (4), and has a support material (5) on one surface of the sheet and a surface material (6) on the other surface. That is, the soap-containing sheet of the present invention is obtained by a simple manufacturing method in which a heat-fusible resin, pulp fiber, and powder soap are mixed into a sheet, which is heat-treated, and has a large surface area and a high dissolution rate. The cleaning characteristics can be freely controlled by using soap and selecting the particle size and amount.

Better to have, preferably 5
It is preferable to use 0 to 300 g / m 2 of pulp fiber. Fibers other than pulp fibers may be mixed in the sheet in order to enhance the strength of the sheet and the water diffusivity.

The adhesive resin (3) is mixed with the above pulp fibers (2) and then fused by heat treatment to bond the pulp fibers, and has sufficient strength to be used as a substitute for a towel or towel when washing the sheet. Works to have. Therefore, in order to mix it uniformly with the pulp fiber, the heat-fusible resin (3) is 40 to 40 when used in powder form.
It is desirable to use a powder that passes through 150 mesh, and in the case of using a fibrous form, a pulp fibrous form is desirable.
Further, in order to obtain sufficient strength, it is better that the sheet contains at least 5 g / m 2 of the heat-fusible resin (3),
If it is contained too much, the water absorption capacity will be reduced and the resulting sheet will also be stiff, so it is better not to exceed 30 g / m 2 .

のである。On the other hand, the powdered soap (4) used in the present invention includes nonionic surfactants such as glycerin fatty acid ester, polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, and polyoxyethylene lanolin derivative, anionic interfaces such as alkylsulfate and α-olefinsulfonate. Powders of an active agent, a cationic surfactant such as alkyldimethylbenzylammonium salt, a higher alcohol such as stearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol, and an amphoteric surfactant which pass through 30 to 200 mesh are preferably used. The larger the surface area, the faster the dissolution rate of powdered soap (4), so the smaller the particle size, the better. Especially when used for disposable hand towels and simple hand washing, it quickly dissolves and foams, and the soap component is removed from the sheet. It is desirable to use powder soap with a small particle size, since it is desirable that it can be used as a towel and towel. However, in the case of a wiping cloth or body wash, it is desirable to dissolve and foam immediately, but since the soap component needs to remain in the sheet for a while, a small particle size that enhances the initial foaming property is obtained. It is preferable to use a combination of powdered soap and powdered soap having a large particle size that maintains detergency. The amount of the powdered soap (4) retained in the sheet is preferably 1 to 50 g / m 2 , and if it is less than this, sufficient detergency cannot be obtained. It is better to change the amount of this powdered soap according to the application, for example, when used for disposable hand towels, the amount of powdered soap is 1 to 15 g so that the soap components are quickly removed from the sheet after contact with water. / m 2 is desirable, and when using it as a wiping cloth, the amount of powdered soap should be 5 to maintain the cleaning power to some extent.
30g / m 2 is desirable. In the present invention, the powdery soap (4) can be stably held in the sheet, and the powdery soap (4) can be appropriately combined by selecting the type, particle size, shape, amount, etc. as described above. , Foaming,
Since the washing characteristics such as foam stability and foam discharge can be freely controlled, a soap-containing sheet can be obtained according to the application.

On the support material (5) such as crepe paper, tissue paper, and non-woven fabric, the air-laid method, which is one of the non-woven fabric forming methods, is used. , A mixture of pulp fiber (2) and powdery or fibrous heat-fusible resin (3) and powdery soap (4) is placed on a sheet, and crepe paper, tissue paper, non-woven fabric, etc. After laminating the surface material (6), the concavo-convex portion (7) is formed by heat treatment using an embossing roll, etc., and the heat-fusible resin (3) is melted to bond the pulp fibers to the soap. Form the sheet (1). According to this manufacturing method, the powder soap can be easily held in the process of forming the sheet, and the powder soap can be stably present in the sheet without spilling from the sheet. In the above soap-containing sheet, the support material (5)
And because it uses the surface material (6), it has excellent surface resistance,
Even if it is rubbed during cleaning, the surface is not peeled off or fluffed, and since the uneven portion (7) is formed, dirt can be easily removed. The support sheet (5), the surface material (6), and the uneven portion (7) may be provided on the soap-containing sheet as desired, and these may be omitted. It goes without saying that it may be manufactured by another manufacturing method.
