向の長さが支持部2の長さより長く且つ幅が支持部2の
長さより短かく且つ蓋Aの裏面Nと反対側が外部に開口
するセット部21が形成され、セット部21の外周に周枠22
が形成され、その周枠22のうち一方の側壁23内には前記
受部9が形成され、同受部9は前記止め具6及び支持部
2の一方の突出部11を収納可能なるようにセット部21に
沿って細長に且つセット部21に開口するように形成さ
れ、同側壁23にはその外側まで貫通する止め穴13が形成
され、周枠22のうち周壁23と対向する他方の側壁24には
支持部2の他方の突出部10を差し込み可能とした突出部
差し込み穴7がセット部21に開口するように形成され、
前記止め具6は前記受部9内に収納できる大きさに形成
され、同止め具6には二つの突出部6a、6bが形成される
