For example, in track vehicles with pneumatic tires such as monorail vehicles, tire troubles such as tire punctures are prevented, safe driving is maintained, and the life of the tire is maintained for a long time. Need to be discovered and dealt with. As the detection method, a method such as mounting a detector such as a pressure switch on the vehicle itself to directly detect it, or installing a ground facility to stop the vehicle at that location,
Alternatively, there is a method to detect and judge the phenomenon that occurs when the internal pressure drops when passing, but the latter method of installing ground equipment is far more total than installing a detector on each tire. There are few, and it is very advantageous in terms of equipment cost and maintenance.

As a puncture detection device for guiding and stabilizing pneumatic tires 3, 3 ', 4, 4'of such a monorail vehicle, electric switches are provided on the running surfaces of the guiding and stabilizing solid tires 5, 5', 6, 6 '. Buried 7,7 ', 8,8'. In FIG. 1, if the stabilizing pneumatic tire 4 is flat, the stabilizing solid tire 6 is grounded to the track girder 1,
By touching the electric switch 8, the electric switch 8
The electrical switch 8 is connected by touching. Although not shown in the drawing, each of the electric switches 7, 7 ', 8, 8'is a parallel circuit, and when any of the solid tires 5, 5', 6, 6'passes through with being grounded. Only electrical circuits are connected. Then, when the electric switch 8 is connected and the electric circuit is connected, the magnet switch works to energize, and, for example, the indicator lamp lights. Incidentally, the push switch is always energized, and when the push switch is pressed (off state), it is turned off by the disconnection action. Therefore, by providing the indicator light and the push switch in, for example, the driving command room, it is possible to detect a punctured vehicle and notify the driver. However, in contrast to the method of directly detecting the internal pressure of the tire, this method is difficult to enhance the detection and accuracy of the detection because the horizontal displacement (horizontal guide wheel / stable wheel) at the time of puncture is small.

Since the horizontal pneumatic tire (guide / stabilizing wheel) is flat and the horizontal displacement of the bogie due to the flat is extremely small, a stroke is required and the conventional detection mechanism using an electric switch cannot perform satisfactory detection. The present invention is configured to detect the presence or absence of a puncture by sensing and determining a decrease in the internal pressure of the tire by the sum of a pair of left and right pressing forces of the horizontal pneumatic tire that is always directly pressing the track.

FIG. 5 shows an enlarged view of part (c) of FIG. The present invention determines the acting load on a tire by the sum of the pressing forces of a pair of left and right horizontal wheel tires. In FIG. 5, for example, the line A is the waveform of a normal tire (when the internal pressure is normal),
Line B shows the waveform of a punctured tire (when the internal pressure drops), the normal tire detection level is d (when the load δ is exceeded), and the puncture tire detection level is o (when the load is less than δ and the load δ'is exceeded). Thus, the waveform of the normal tire detection level is preset as c, and the waveform of the puncture tire detection level is preset as d. That is, as a determination of the presence or absence of a punctured tire, the one in which the pressing force of the pair of horizontal wheels exceeds the level of the load δ is a normal tire, and the one in which the pressing force of the pair of horizontal wheels exceeds the level of the load δ ′ and is equal to or less than the level of the load δ is the punctured tire. It is judged and detected. (There is also one that detects the presence of a pair of left and right horizontal wheels when the vehicle is running, acting during normal operation and puncture when the load is δ '. Note that a pair of left and right horizontal wheel tires (guide wheel or stable wheel)
In order to calculate the sum of the pressing forces on the side of the track girder of the pair of left and right horizontal wheels from the pressing force acting on each of them (to improve the detection sensitivity and accuracy of puncture detection), The respective maximum values of the pressing forces of are added together. Therefore, the load δ used for the detection level of the normal tire is, for example, a value of about 70% of the value obtained by adding the maximum value of the pressing force to the side surface of the raceway girder of the horizontal wheel is preset. . Further, the load .delta. ', Which is also used at the time of puncturing for detecting the presence or absence of the pair of left and right horizontal wheels, is set to a value of about 20% of the added value in advance.

FIG. 6 is a concrete example for detecting the load acting on the tires of a pair of horizontal wheels. The pneumatic tires 3 and 3'for guiding the joint portion (conventional finger plate portion) of the track girder 1 are shown in FIG.
And special joints 12 to 15 for load detection are provided as load detection means on the road surfaces of the pneumatic tires 4 and 4'for stabilization.
A strain gauge is attached to the back surface of each of the special joints 12 to 15, and the sum of the left and right loads of a pair of horizontal wheels acting on the special joints 12 to 15 is detected and calculated by the amount of strain. That is, the load output that appears each time each horizontal tire passes is determined by A / D conversion. The determination based on this loading is to scan the four inputs from the special joints 12 to 15 every 1 ms and load them to the CPU, and detect the tires when the vehicle is running at the set tire detection level (load is δ'kg) (presence / absence). Confirmation)
The position of the tire is obtained, and at the same time, the presence / absence of a puncture of the pair of horizontal wheels is determined based on whether or not the normal tire detection level (set load = δ kg) is exceeded. Then, if there is a puncture, the time and the position of the puncture tire are printed out on the load waveform chart to be printed out, and the puncture is displayed by an alarm.

In this case, the strain gauge used for load detection detects only the load in the direction perpendicular to the finger plate portion and cancels the load from the other direction. For example, a shear strain gauge or the like is desirable.

Instead of the special joint, a method of burying the load cell in the track girder is also possible. In this case, since it cannot be installed at the joint part of the track girder, it is necessary to install it on a steel girder that can be buried or install it on a new concrete girder. With this method, the reliability of the durability of the parts installed on the track is further improved.
