た。As a conventional annealing furnace for heating and annealing a metal wire such as a copper alloy wire, a tubular tunnel furnace 8 having a structure as shown in FIG. 2 has been known. This tubular tunnel furnace 8 is provided with one or a plurality of metal pipes 7 made of special heat-resistant steel or stainless steel having high heat resistance so that they can be inserted into and removed from the furnace body 8. The metal wire 6 is sealed by providing a small hole through which the metal wire 6 can run, and an inlet 9 for a non-oxidizing gas or a reducing gas is provided near one opening. And this metal pipe 7
A heating element 12 such as a nichrome wire or silicon carbide is disposed on the outer periphery of the tube, and the entire tubular tunnel furnace 8 is surrounded by a refractory material and a heat insulating material 13. The tubular tunnel furnace 8 configured in this manner allows a non-oxidizing gas such as nitrogen gas, a reducing gas such as hydrogen gas, or a mixed gas thereof to flow from the gas inlet 9 and the heating element 12 causes a metal tube to flow. 500 to 8 in the road 7
It is heated and maintained in a high temperature non-oxidizing gas atmosphere of 00 ° C and a reducing gas atmosphere. Then, the metal wire 6 introduced from one opening of the metal pipeline 7 is annealed by heating in the furnace and led out from the other opening of the metal pipeline 7. However, metal pipe 7
Since the metal powder that has adhered to the metal wire 6 running inside is adhered during the working process such as wire drawing, when annealed in the tubular tunnel furnace 8, the metal powder that adheres to the metal wire is Is deposited on the bottom of the inner wall of the metal pipe 7, and the metal sintered body 10 is formed by the high temperature atmosphere in the metal pipe 7. Moreover, this metal sintered body 1
Since 0 adheres to the inner wall of the metal conduit 7, the deposit of the metal sintered body 10 increases, which hinders the running of the metal wire 6. In addition, when the metal wire is hooked or when the winding bobbin is replaced, In addition, when the running of the metal wire 6 is momentarily stopped in the furnace, or when the metal wire 6 is loosened, the metal sintered body 10 heated to a high temperature and the metal wire 6 come into contact with each other to cause adhesion, and this adhesion causes Metal wire 6
Has a defect that workability is extremely deteriorated, such as breakage of the wire and the metal wire 6 being prevented from being pulled out from the metal conduit 7. In order to prevent such an obstacle, the metal pipe 7 is periodically withdrawn from the tubular tunnel furnace 8, the metal sintered body 10 fixed in the metal pipe 7 is dissolved and removed, and the metal is regenerated.
上述の金属焼結体の溶解除去作業は、金属管路が長尺(2
〜5m)であるため取扱いづらく作業性が良くなかった。

Since it is ~ 5 m), it was difficult to handle and the workability was not good.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a tubular tunnel furnace capable of treating a metal sintered body deposited in the metal pipeline without extracting the metal pipeline from the tubular tunnel furnace.

A stainless steel tube having a diameter of 2 mm is used as the heat-resistant metal wire 2 that constitutes the metal spiral body 4. Then, a metal helix 4 in which a heat-resistant stainless round wire is wound closely in a spiral shape is inserted and provided in the metal pipe 7 of the tubular tunnel furnace along the longitudinal direction of the inner wall of the metal pipe 7. Thereby, the metal powder adhered to the metal wire 6 such as a copper alloy wire having a wire diameter of 0.18 mm to be annealed falls and deposits in the space 11 between the spirals of the metal spiral body 4 in the metal conduit 7 to form the sintered metal body 10. Will be done. As a result, even if the running of the metal wire 6 is momentarily stopped or the running metal wire 6 is loosened, the metal wire 6 does not come into contact with the sintered metal body 10, so that the metal firing does not occur. The bonded body 10 does not obstruct the metal wire 6 running in the metal conduit 7, and the metal sintered body 10 and the metal wire 6 do not adhere to each other. Further, since the metal spiral 4 can be freely bent, it is easy to handle, the metal spiral 4 can be easily pulled out from the metal conduit 7, and when it is submerged in an oxidizing acid solution tank, it can be rolled into a small work.

ある。The stainless wire forming the metal spiral body 4 is not limited to a round wire, and it is needless to say that the same effect can be obtained by using a metal wire having a triangular cross section (about 2 mm on each side).

果は大きなものがある。Since a metal helix in which a heat-resistant metal wire was closely wound in a spiral shape was inserted through the metal conduit, the metal powder adhering to the metal wire fell and accumulated between the spirals of the metal helix to form metal. Since it becomes a sintered body, the metal wire does not come into direct contact with the metal sintered body to cause sticking, so that no disconnection troubles occur and the production efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, in the work of removing the metal sintered body, it is sufficient to take out the metal spiral and immerse it in the oxidizing acid solution tank without pulling out the metal tube from the furnace body. The work of removing the sintered body such as carrying it or immersing it in an acid solution tank becomes extremely easy, and its practical effect is great.
