【考案の詳細な説明】

この考案はフロアーヒンジを早く、正確に、簡単にセットするための工具です。

【従来の施工法】
従来はフロアーヒンジの下にキャンバー（くさび）等を使用してセットしていた

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
この施工法には次のような欠点があった。 図２参照 （イ）上部に押さえられるものがないので位置が定まらない。 （ロ）Ａのキャンバーを調整すると他のポイントも動いてしまう。 （ハ）床面の施工の為、他の人に動かされる可能性がある。 （ニ）確認する為の時間がかかる。 本考案はこれらの欠点を除くためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
図１の１と２、３と４は直角に、又１、２と５は直角、３、４と５も直角に、そ して１と２、３と４の直角を保持する為に、６、７のすじかいを設ける、又１、 ２、３、４にはネジ山の有る穴、８を二ケ所ずつ開ける、そこには先に硬質プラ スチック等を取付けたボルトを装着する。以上のような構成よりなる取付工具で ある。

【施工法】
（イ）高さを合わせ、取付工具を枠にボルトで締めつけセットする。 （ロ）フロアーヒンジを取付工具の下面にはさみこみ、フロアーヒンジの下に キャンバー等を使用してフロアーヒンジを押さえる。 （ハ）フロアーヒンジをハンマー等で叩きながら枠と、フロアーヒンジの芯を 合わせる。 以上でフロアーヒンジの位置が決定づけられる。

【考案の効果】
今までは、フロアーヒンジをセットする為には経験を要していたが、この取付工 具を使用する事により、正確に、早く、楽に施工する事が出来る。

  1. 【請求項１】 図１の１と２、３と４は直角に、又１、
    ２と５は直角、３，４と５も直角に、そして１と２、３
    と４の直角を保持する為に６、７のすじかいを設ける、
    又１、２、３，４にはネジ山の有る穴、８を２ケ所ずつ
    開ける、そこには先に硬質プラスチック等を取付けたボ
    ルトを装着した取付工具。
