除してモール本体の内面側或いはドアパネル側に嵌込み
口を縦向きに設けた受け縁とドアパネル側またはモール
本体の内面側に装着したクリップの垂直方向に突出する
嵌込み片とを係合させてウエストモールの端末側をドア
パネルに取付けるよう構成されている。その取付構造に
おいては、受け縁をウエストモールの端末側に成形する

ップと一体に設ければ、モール本体に確実に固定できる

個備付けられている。そのクリップ4はアーム部4a,4b
の間隔内にドアパネル1の上端辺から垂直方向をくわえ
込むことによりウエストモールMの中間辺をドアパネル
1に取付けでき、また、アーム部4a,4bの間隔内に片側
から突出する突起4cをドアパネル1の開口1aに噛合すれ
ば安定よく確りとウエストモールMを取付けるようにで

2の端末側に被着するエンドキャップ7と一体に成形さ
れていて接着剤等によりモール本体(2)の内側面に接
着されている。また、クリップ6はドアパネル側のパネ
ル部分を差込むスリットを持つ基台部6bからリブ部6cで
補強した支軸6dを介して所定の間隔をへだて嵌込み片6a
を垂直方向上向きに備え、その嵌込み片6aは弾発爪60,6
1を左右に持ってアンカー状に成形されている。このク
リップ6は第4図で示すようにブッシュ8でドアパネル
1に対接固定するサッシュモール9の下端側を基台部6b
のスリットに嵌込むことにより装着でき、その嵌込みで
は基台部6bのスリット内に片側から突出する係止爪6eを

ドアパネル1の側面に開口を設けて上述したと同様に基

縁5の奥行き部5bでクリップ6の嵌込み片6aを係止する
ことによりドアパネル1の上端縁を長手方向に沿って被
包する如くウエストモールMをドアパネル1に取付ける
ことができる。この受け縁5とクリップ6の嵌合せ時に
は受け縁5の嵌込み口5aが狭幅に形成されていてもクリ
ップ6の嵌込み片6aに弾発爪60,61が設けられているか
ら、その弾発爪60,61が偏位することにより受け縁5の
奥行き部5bに圧入できしかも圧入後には第7図で示すよ
うに弾発爪60,61が復元偏位することにより受け縁5か

よっても離脱等を発生せずに確実に装備するようにもで
きる。また、上述した実施例ではモール本体2の内側面
に下向きに受縁5を設けドアパネル側に装着したクリッ
プ6に垂直方向上向きに突出する嵌込み片6aを設けた
が、これらを逆にモール本体2の内側面に垂直方向下向
きに嵌込み片6aの突出した部材を取付け、ドアパネル側
に装着したクリップ6に上向きに受け縁を設けこれらの
係合によってウエストモールMをドアパネル1に取付け
