Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は防火貯水槽のマンホールに用いられるマンホー
ル蓋受枠に関するものである。
〔従来技術とその問題点〕
防火貯水槽のマンホールにホースを挿入して高圧で注水
して補給する作業を行う場合、水圧によりホースが屈曲
して跳ね、マンホールからホースが抜け出したりするこ
とがある。
そこで従来はマンホール鉄蓋をホースに乗せたり、ホー
スを手で押えたりしてそれを防いでいるが、前者の方法
はマンホール鉄蓋を跳ね飛ばすことがあって危険であ
り、また後者の方法は１人の作業要員が他の重要な仕事
ができなくなるので不具合であった。
この問題を解決するため、本考案者は先にマンホール蓋
受枠本体の内側縁に環状のホース保持具を屈曲自在に設
け、このホース保持具でホースのマンホールからの抜け
出しを防止する方法を提案した（実公昭62-39137号公報
参照） ところが、この方法はホース保持具が可動であるため、
騒音を発するという問題と、ホースを抜く時にホース保
持具を手でホースと直交する位置に保持していなければ
ならないという問題があった。
そこでこの考案は先に提案した方法よりもホースの操作
が楽で、しかも騒音を発することのないものを提案しよ
うとするものである。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本考案はこの問題を解決するためになされたもので、マ
ンホール蓋受枠の内側縁にホース固定用カップリングを
設け、注排水中、ホースのカップリングをそれに接続固
定させて、安全に補給作業が行なわれるようにしたもの
である。
〔実施例〕
図面は本考案の一実施例を示すもので、マンホール蓋受
枠本体１の内側に開閉式ブラケット３を設け、それにホ
ース固定用カップリング２を設け、ホース使用時にホー
ス４のカップリング５を前記ホース固定用カップリング
２に接続してホース４が抜け出さないようにしたもので
ある。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案の構造によると、給水中ホース４の端部は固定さ
れるので、従来のようにホース端部が踊らないため、騒
音を発しない。またホース３を外す場合も簡単に操作す
ることができる。
