やアルコラートなどで中和してつくられる。また、前記
オレフイン系熱可塑性エラストマーは、三井石油化学工
業(株)より商品名「ミラストマー樹脂」として販売さ
れているゴム状弾性を有する高分子物質で柔軟性があ
り、他の樹脂やゴム材に比べて密度小さく、耐熱性,耐
寒性,耐候性にすぐれている上に成形加工性にすぐれて
いる等の性質を有しているので、前記ドアシール部に適
するものである。これらアイオノマー樹脂とオレフイン
系熱可塑性エラストマーとは、押出成形時に互いに接合
し易い性質を有している。

要求される弾性をそれぞれ満足しつつ、ウエストシール
を迅速かつ簡単に成形することができるとともに、芯金
を不要とすることができるので、部品管理の簡素化、そ
れに伴う製造コストの削減を図ることができる。

れるドアシール部を弾性に富むオレフイン系熱可塑性エ
ラストマーで成形した構成としているので、一体に押出
成形が可能である。そのため、ウエストシールとして要
求される性能を満足することができるとともに、安定し
たシール力を得ることができ、一体に押出成形が可能で
あるため、成形能率が良好であり、かつ、芯金を必要と
しないため、部品管理の簡素化、製造コストの削減を図
ることができ、更に密度が小さいため、ウエストシール
の軽量化が可能である等の数々の効果を有する。
