[Prior Art] A large number of this type of bridge girder coating equipment for coating bridge girders have been proposed by the applicants of the present application, but these are equipped with coating coating equipment so that they can be moved along the width direction of the bridge deck. The beam-type suspension system is directly connected to the equipment that can be operated in the longitudinal direction of the bridge. (For example, JP-A-61
-Refer to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 122310) [Problems to be solved by the invention] As described above, directly connecting the suspension device having the beam structure to the equipment that can be operated in the longitudinal direction of the bridge is limited to a small area. It is necessary to move the entire apparatus for each coating, which significantly impairs work efficiency, and requires a lot of days and labor for coating keren.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The object of the present invention is to dispose detachable long rails on the outside of the balustrades formed on both sides of the bridge deck, and the suspension device freely reciprocates with respect to the rails. By making it possible to move, it is possible to effectively paint the keren in a long section, and the paint kelen device can be moved in multiple directions with respect to the suspension device. The structure of the present invention, which solves the problems of the prior art, is such that long rails are detachably arranged along the high rail outside formed on both sides of the bridge deck. At the same time, the bridge girder material is suspended between the rails so that a suspension device can be reciprocally hung so that a coating device can be mounted on the floor slab in a widthwise and longitudinal direction. In painting equipment, the suspension A frame having a rectangular planar shape having a width longer than the width of the floor slab, and a frame structure parent provided so as to be movable with respect to the frame along the floor slab width direction. A carriage, a child carriage having a frame structure provided on the parent carriage so as to be movable in the longitudinal axis direction of the floor carriage, and a movable carriage provided with respect to the child carriage in the floor width direction, and , And a pedestal on which the above-mentioned coating shaving device is mounted.

First, the bridge and the bridge 2 on which paint is to be applied.
As shown in FIG. 1, a long rail 5 attached to a hook rod 6 is laid on a rail 4 of the above, and a rolling mechanism which is pivotally supported on the upper end of a vertical arm 11 of a suspension mechanism 10 provided in a suspension device 7 is laid on the rail. The wheel 9 is mounted, and then the vertical arm 11 is vertically adjusted by the operation of the cylinder 14 so that the frame body 8 constituting the suspension device 7 is held horizontally as shown in FIGS. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, after moving the parent carriage 18 between the keren and the girder material 3 to be coated and disposing the protective equipment 44, based on a command from the support vehicle 46, the parent carriage 18 is moved. While moving the child carriage 26 with respect to the child carriage 26 and moving the pedestal 35 with respect to the child carriage 26, the 6-axis articulated robot 34 is adjusted up and down, and the old paint or rust on the surface of the girder material 3 is removed by the injection of the keren material from the keren gas. To do. When the skeleton work within the movable range with respect to the suspension device 7 in the fixed state is completed, the suspension device 7 is moved by a predetermined length and the same skeleton work is performed.
By repeating this operation, the scraping work within the range of the rail 5 is completed. Next, the suspension device 7 placed in this state is returned to the starting point, or while performing a reverse operation, the undercoating work is performed by the painting gun, and then the finish painting is performed by the same operation to complete the 1-section keren painting. (A) It is possible to continuously paint the girder material of the long rail range suspended on the outside of the bridge in a continuous manner, which can reasonably improve the work efficiency of the glen paint, and greatly shorten the construction period and save labor. (B) In particular, in the present invention, the suspension device includes a frame body having a rectangular planar shape with a width longer than that of the bridge deck, and A frame-structured parent carriage movably provided along the floor slab width direction, a frame-structured child carriage movably provided on the parent carriage along the floor slab longitudinal axis direction, and the child carriage On the other hand, since it is provided so as to be movable along the width direction of the floor slab and is composed of a pedestal equipped with the above-mentioned coating keren device, the area covered by a single kelen coating is larger than that of a conventional suspension device having a beam structure. Is large, the suspension system needs to be moved less frequently, and Len device X, Y, Z
The movement in the axial direction is free and easy, and the keren coating on the entire area of the girder material can be done quickly and surely. Furthermore, the construction period can be greatly shortened and labor saving can be improved.
