Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は用便等ののち局部を温水で洗浄する衛生洗浄装
置に関するものである。
従来の技術 従来の衛生洗浄装置水回路は第４図の様になっている。
洗浄水は給水タンク１より給水ホース２を通り、ポンプ
３から装置内ホース４を通り温水タンク５に入りヒータ
６により温められて温水となり、ホース７を通り電磁弁
８からホース９を通りノズル１０より、又はホース１１
を通りノズル１２より噴出される。すなわちポンプ３、
温水タンク５、電磁弁８は独立した構成であり装置内ホ
ース４、７により接続されている。
発明が解決しょうとする問題点 上記構成ではポンプ３、温水タンク５、電磁弁８がすべ
て独立構成であり、水路を構成するためには必ず接続ホ
ースを必要とし、ホースには洗浄水が溜った状態とな
る。そして冬季などはこの滞溜水が冷たくなるので洗浄
初期に冷水が吐出し、人体にかかる等の使用上の問題点
がある。
又、ホースの接続ヶ所も多く作業工数的にもスペース的
にも不具合が多い。
そこで本発明は合理的な構成にすると共に冷水吐出を少
なくするものである。
問題点を解決するための手段 本発明はポンプ、電磁弁を温水タンクに一体化したもの
である。
作用 この技術的手段による作用は次の様になる。
すなわちポンプと電磁弁を温水タンクに一体化している
のでその間の接続ホースが不要となるとともに、ホース
がない分滞溜水が少なく冷水による問題も生じにくい。
実施例 第１図〜第３図において、給水タンク１からの洗浄水は
ポンプ入口１４より入り、加圧され、ポンプ出口１５よ
り直接温水タンク５に入る。すなわちポンプ３のハウジ
ングと温水タンク５のフランジ１３が一体であり、ホー
ス等の接続を必要としない。さらに洗浄水は温水タンク
５の下部１６に導かれヒータ６により温められ、押し上
げられ電磁弁８に入る。ポンプ３の運転と同時に電磁弁
８は開くため、温水は電磁弁出口１７よりホース９を通
りノズル１０より噴出する。また電磁弁８を切換えると
ホース１１を通りノズル１２より噴出し、人体を洗浄す
ることになる。
なお本実施例はポンプ３及び電磁弁８をフランジ１３に
一体化したものであるが温水タンク５の本体側の一部分
と一体化し、ポンプ３のモータ１８と電磁弁８の電磁コ
イル１９をフランジ１３側に置いても発明の目的及び効
果は同じである。
発明の効果 本発明は次の効果を得ることが出来る。
(1)接続ホースが少なく洗浄水の滞溜部分が少なく、冷
水がかかることが少なくなる。本発明は温水タンクにポ
ンプと電磁弁とを一体にしたもので更にノズルユニット
も一体的に組み付けると更に初期冷水吐出は少なくなり
改良される。
(2)ポンプ、電磁弁には水が残溜するが温水タンクと一
体化することにより極寒時凍結により破損の心配がな
い。
又、凍結しても温水により温められて解凍される。
(3)組立工数、部品点数が大巾に削減できる。又、スペ
ースも小さくコンパクトな設計ができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】ポンプと温水タンクと洗浄ノズルとこの洗
    浄ノズルへの水路を開閉又は切換える電磁弁とを有し前
    記温水タンクとポンプと電磁弁とを一体構成し、ポンプ
    の吐出口及び電磁弁の吸込口を直接温水タンクに接続し
    た衛生洗浄装置。
