欠き部3からガイド管2の本体の中を貫通し、他方の先
端部2b付近に設けられた穴4よりガイド管2の本体の外
部に出るようにワイヤ機構としてのワイヤ5が配設され
ている。ワイヤ5は、手許側でガイド管2本体に突設さ
れた糸巻き6に固定されている。またメジャー1は、ガ
イド管2の他の先端部2bからガイド管2本体を貫通し、
一方の先端部2aからその先端を出すようにセットされて

み取り、ガイド管2本体の屈折点から手許までの長さを
差し引くことにより、空隙9の奥行きを測定し記録す
