不利があった。Conventionally used ceiling panels have a structure in which a crosspiece having male and female real parts is fixed to the side surface of a decorative plate of a long plate body, and a middle crosspiece is provided in the middle of the crosspiece. However,
This ceiling panel had the drawback that it was difficult to fix it to the edge with nails, and the final one was complicated to fit. Further, when this ceiling panel is used, a thin wooden decorative plate occupies most of the ceiling, and thus there is a disadvantage of lacking heat insulation.

That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the ceiling panel 1 in which the core material 2, the mesh body 3, and the decorative surface material 4 are integrally formed. More specifically, the core material 2 is formed of a synthetic resin foam which is elastic and lightweight and is formed into a long plate. The width W is between the fields, the length L is about 606 to 3636 mm, and the thickness t is It is about 10 to 50 mm. The specific material of the core material 2 is one of polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polystyrene foam and the like, and has at least self-supporting property. Furthermore, the reticulate body 3 described above.
As shown in FIG. 2, it is embedded in at least one surface of the core material 2 to be integrated, and mainly serves to reinforce the core material 2, especially for dimensional stability and warpage prevention, and also as a mounting portion for the ceiling panel 1. It works. More specifically, the mesh body 3 is formed to have a width larger than the width W of the core material 2 and having a width ΔW protruding from the left and right ends thereof by about 5 to 20 mm. In addition, this reticulated body 3
Has sufficient rigidity and hardly bends when the weight of the core material 2 is about the same. The material is made of synthetic resin or metal (coated with anticorrosive paint) and formed in an arbitrary mesh. Further, the decorative surface material 4 is to be attached to the mesh body 3 and the core material 2 exposed from the mesh of the mesh body 3, and is mainly a sheet-like material, for example, synthetic resin, paper, metal thin plate, metal. One or more types of foil and non-woven fabric, which have been given an arbitrary color and pattern such as embossing, wood grain, and grain. The width thereof is equal to the width W of the core material 2 or substantially equal to the width W 1 of the mesh body 3. In addition, whether the decorative surface material 4 and the core material 2 are bonded together by the self-adhesiveness of the core material 2 when the core material 2 is formed,
Separately, they are adhered using an adhesive and then integrated.

Therefore, the ceiling panel 1 is fitted between the field edges A, and the protruding portion of the net-like body 3 is fixed to the field edges A via the nails B. Next, the fixture C is fixed to the field edge A with the nail B, and the decorative cover D is engaged with this to form the ceiling.

That is, (a) is a ceiling panel 1 in which a core material 2 is formed in a convex shape, a mesh 3 is interposed in the middle, and a back surface material 5 is attached to the back surface, and (b) is a core material 2 Ceiling panel whose side surface 2a is inclined to have elasticity when mounted
1 and (c) are ceiling panels 1 in which a decorative surface material 4 is attached to a core material 2 with an adhesive 6. Further, FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing an example of a case where the ceiling panel 1 according to the present invention is abutted and constructed to construct a ceiling.
