In a building of a dry construction method, a floor panel forming the floor is constructed by, for example, as schematically shown in FIG. In addition,
In addition, a floor base material D and a ceiling base material E were attached to the lower surface. However, in such a floor panel, although flooring materials such as finishing floorboards are added to the flooring material D and the ceiling material E, respectively, at the time of installation, the impact sound generated by the flooring material is easily lowered. It was transparent and inferior in sound insulation.

Therefore, when such a conventional floor panel is used as an upstairs floor, noise from conversations and audio equipment on the floor passes downstairs, and noise due to shock, vibration, etc., such as walking or jumping upstairs. Was transmitted to the downstairs without being absorbed much, hindering the habitability of the house.

Therefore, as a result of repeated studies on the improvement of the sound insulation of the floor panel, it was found that the sound insulation can be improved to a considerable extent by increasing the weight of the floor panel.

However, in the upper room, there are a Western room in which a floor board or the like is laid on a floor base material, and a Japanese room in which a tatami mat is laid, and the tatami mat is excellent in sound absorption. Therefore, it is preferable to arrange the sound insulation plate in contact with the floor material in a Western-style room, and in the Japanese room, it is desirable to arrange the sound insulation plate on the lower surface as a base material for mounting the ceiling board. The mounting position changes.
However, preparing two types of floor panels with different sound insulation plate positions complicates production and inventory control.

Further, the sound insulation plate 10 is composed of three substrates 10A and 1A in this embodiment.
0B and 10C are placed on top of each other, and substrates 10A, 10B and 1
0C is formed so that it can fit into the space between the flange of the horizontal frame member 30 and the joist 4 and between the joists 4 and 4 on the upper surface of the framework 2.

In the present example, the receiving metal fitting 3 is a reverse-hat-shaped steel plate in which a receiving piece 13 is provided on both sides of a base piece 11 having a length exceeding the width dimension of the joist 4 and is extended to the outside via a rising piece 12. It consists of a folded body. A through hole is provided in the center of the base piece 11, and the screw shaft 1 supported above and below the side hole 14 of the joist 4 is provided in the through hole.
5 penetrates, and the receiving metal fitting 3 is fixed so that the vertical position can be adjusted using a nut screwed to the screw shaft 15 above and below the base piece 11.

Further, a floor base material 8 is attached to the upper surface of the frame 2,
Further, a floor plate 6 for floor formation is arranged on the upper surface of the floor when the floor is a Western-style room or a corridor. Further, since the wild edge material 5 and the separating material 34 on the lower surface of the frame 2 are made of a wood material, they constitute an attachment portion a which can be easily nailed and screwed.
The ceiling material 7 is nailed to.

When the floor panel 1 is used for a Japanese-style room, the nut is loosened, the receiving metal fitting 3 is lowered, and if necessary, the receiving piece 13 is used.
The sound insulation plate 10 is released from the support by, for example, being accommodated in the side hole. The sound insulation plate 10 taken out is, as shown in FIG.
The ceiling plate 7 is nailed to the mounting portion a on the lower surface of the frame 2 and is used as a base for mounting the ceiling plate 7. When mounting the frame 2 on the lower surface, the sound insulation plate 10 is attached to the substrate 1
One of 0A to 10C may be used, or all of them may be additionally provided. When installing the sound insulation plate 10, the ceiling plate 7
When the floor panel 1 is carried into the construction site, the ceiling plate 7 should be temporarily attached so that the floor panel 1 can be easily removed.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the floor panel 1 can form a floor portion above the floor and a ceiling portion below the floor by juxtaposing and bridging. Further, the floor panel 1 has its long and short sides along the outdoor wall of the house, the corner metal fitting 2 at the upper end of the downstairs wall panel 21.
2, the middle metal fitting 23 and the wall panel 21 are fixed by bolting to each side piece 25 of the connecting metal fitting 24 which joins with a gap. The metal fittings 22, 23, 24 are the wall panel 2 on the upper floor.
6 also supports its lower end. Further, the indoor side portion can be bridged by bolting the short side to the beam member 27 and the long side to the joint fitting 28. The packing 20 is interposed between the long sides of the floor panel 1 to which the middle metal fittings 23 are connected.

As described above, since the floor panel of the present invention supports the sound insulating plate upward and can be attached to the lower part by using the bracket, it can be used as it is in a Western room or the like where the floor material is attached. In a Japanese-style room in which the floor is laid, the floor panel can be shared by installing the sound insulating plate below as described above, and the labor of production and inventory control is eliminated. In addition, since a heavy sound insulation plate is installed, the weight of the sound insulation plate is increased, and the sound insulation performance can be improved in the case of a Western-style room.As a result, noise on the upper floor, such as vibration due to walking or noise caused by impact, The transmission to the house can be reduced and the habitability of the house is improved.
