Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 1.内側から外側へ向って (a)クラッド層、次に硬質ポリマーコーティング層で被覆されたガラス繊維コ ア、及び (b)内側に塗布した制御された接着性を有する接着剤で、前記硬質ポリマーコ ーティング層を被覆する多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン層 を有して成るバッファ付絶縁導波路光ファイバ。
- 2.順に、耐熱性第1ポリマー外被、ポリマー繊維強度要素シース、及び第2ポ リマー外被をさらに有する請求の範囲第1項記載のケーブル。
- 3.前記ガラス繊維コアをポリイミド製保護クラッド層とポリイミド製硬質コー ティング層で覆い、前記接着剤塗布せる前記多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン テープがフッ素化エチレンプロピレン共重合体からなり、前記第1ポリマー外被 がポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなり、前記強度要素がポリエステルからなり 、前記第2ポリマー外被がポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる請求の範囲第2 項記載のケーブル。
- 4.前記硬質ポリマーコーティング層をポリイミドとポリエーテルエーテルケト ンからなるポリマーの群から選択する請求の範囲第1項記載のケーブル。
- 5.前記接着剤をポリエーテルエーテルケトン、フッ素化エチレンプロピレン共 重合体、ベルフルオロアルコキシテトラフルオロエチレン重合体、ポリフッ化ビ ニル、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、及びオルガノポリシロキサンイミド重合体 (ジオルガノシロキサン単位とポリイミド単位のブロック共重合体)からなる群 から選択する請求の範囲第1項記載のケーブル。
- 6.前記強度要素がポリエステル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリスルホン 及びポリイミドの繊維の群から選択した編組繊維からなる請求の範囲第1項記載 のケーブル。
- 7.前記第1ポリマー外被をポリイミドテープ、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、 オルガノシロキサン−イミド、ポリエステル、高密度ポリテトラフルオロエチレ ンテープ、及びエチレンとテトラフルオロエチレンの共重合体からなる群より選 択する請求の範囲第1項記載のケーブル。
- 8.前記第2ポリマー外被をポリ塩化ビニル、ゴム、シリコーンゴム、ウレタン ゴム及び高密度ポリテトラフルオロエチレンテープからなる群より選択する請求 の範囲第1項記載のケーブル。
- 9.前記被覆ガラス繊維コアの外側の前記被覆の層がポリテトラフルオロエチレ ンからなる請求の範囲第1項記載のケーブル。
