Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本質的に式MgaLibZncAgdAlbalであらわされ、式中aは0 .5から10%、bは0.5から3.0%、cは0.1から5.0%、dは0. 1から2.0%およびbalは組成物の残余がアルミニウムであることを示し、 かつ、合金元素の総量は12.0重量%を超えず、さらにaが7.0から10. 0%の範囲にある場合、bは2.5%を超えることができず、またcは2.0% を超えることができない低密度アルミニウム系合金。 2.ジルコニウムを最大1.0%含有する請求項1記載のアルミニウム系合金。 3.その密度が約0.091bs/in3である請求項1記載のアルミニウム系 合金。 4.aが7.0から10.0%、bが1.0から1.5%、cが0.3から1. 0%およびdが0.3から1.0%である請求項1記載のアルミニウム系合金。 5.aが3.0から5.5%、bが2.2から3.0%、cが0.3から1.0 %およびdが0.3から1.0%である請求項1記載のアルミニウム系合金。 6.aが2.0から3.0%、bが1.0から2.0%、cが4.0から6.0 %、およびdが0.3から1.0%、残余がアルミニウムである請求項1記載の アルミニウム系合金。 7.本質的に式MgaLibZncAgdZreAlbalであらわされ、式中 aは4.4、bは1.8、cは0.5、dは0.3、eは0.14およびbal は残余がアルミニウムである低密度アルミニウム系合金。 8.a)次の組成:MgaLibZncAgdA1balで示され、式中aは0 .5から10%、bは0.5から3.0%、cは0.1から5.0%、dは0. 1から2.0%、およびbalはこの合金の残余がアルミニウムであることをあ らわし、合金元素の総量は12.0%を超えることができず、またaが7.0か ら10.0%の範囲にある場合、bは2.5%を超えることができず、またcは 2.0%を超えることができない合金のインゴットを鋳造する段階であって、そ のプロセスが、 a)上記合金のインゴットを形成する段階と、b)加熱により上記インゴット中 の応力を除去する段階と、c)加熱により均質化し、高温下で均熱し、かつ放冷 化する段階と、 d)最終ゲージまで熱間圧延する段階と、e)均熱による熱処理後、急冷処理す る段階と、f)5から8%まで延伸させる段階と、g)熱処理により時効化させ る段階と から成る合金の製造方法。 9.請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金を用いて製作した航空宇宙船機体構造物。 10.請求項7記載のアルミニウム合金を用いて製作した航空宇宙船機体構造物 。 11.請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金で製作した航空機機体構造物。 12.請求項7記載のアルミニウム合金で製作した航空機機体構造物。
