A single-faced corrugated cardboard sheet is attached, and a back liner paper is also attached to produce a double-faced cardboard sheet 2. The corrugated cardboard sheet 2
Cuts unnecessary side portions of the corrugated cardboard sheet 2 and ruled lines or slits that become folds in either or both of the first slitter scorer 3 and the second slitter scorer 4. Only one of the first slitter scorer 3 and the second slitter scorer 4 is operated, and the other is prepared by setting the positions of the blades and the like in advance so as to match the paper width of the next order change. It is used alternately every time an order is changed so that it is operated at the time of change, and it is also sometimes operated and used at the same time when processing two or more sets of corrugated cardboard sheets (corrugated cardboard sheets for multiple cuttings) in parallel. . The cutting waste trimmed from both sides of the corrugated board sheet 2 is sucked by the first trim duct 5 and the second trim duct 6 arranged behind the trimmed first slitter scorer 3 or the second slitter scorer 4. Are being removed from the production line. First slitter scorer 3
And the corrugated cardboard sheet 2 that has passed through the second slitter scorer 4
Is cut by the rotary cutter 7 in every predetermined length along the conveying direction, and is further sent to a device at a subsequent stage such as a palletizer.

Is for sucking the cutting waste after trimming the corrugated board sheet by the suction force and removing it to a predetermined place. The conventional first trim duct 5 and second trim duct 6 are separated from the first trim duct 5 or the second trim duct 6 when the width or the like of the corrugated cardboard sheet 2 is changed to be manufactured by order change. The trimmed cutting waste that has been removed is divided by the shear at the place where the order has been changed, and is sucked into the first trim duct 5 and the second trim duct 6 even if the width of the cutting waste changes due to the order change. I made it easy. on the other hand,
In the first trim duct 5 and the second trim duct 6, not only the width of the cutting waste but also the position where the cutting waste is generated are often changed due to the order change, and the corrugated cardboard sheet 2 is made to correspond to the change of this position. It can be moved in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction of.

因となる。[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, since the corrugated board sheet 2 has a very high production line speed, even if the cutting waste is divided at the place of order change, as shown in FIG. There is a case where the first trim duct 5 or the second trim duct 6 cannot be sucked into the first trim duct 5 or the second trim duct 6 from the divided start end, and it goes too far. The suction force by the trim duct 6 of 2 acts. As a result, when the midway portion of the excessively advanced portion 8a is sucked into the first trim duct 5 or the second trim duct 6, as shown in FIG. 5, depending on the conditions such as the width of the cutting waste 8 and the paper quality. Is broken at the portion A of the cutting waste 8 by the force applied with the rear edge 11 of the first trim duct 5 and the second trim duct 6 as a fulcrum, and as a result, the portion that is broken at the portion A of the cutting waste 8 and the first The trim duct 5 and the rear edge 11 of the second trim duct 6 are engaged with each other, and a situation occurs in which the first trim duct 5 and the second trim duct 6 are further clogged without being sucked. In this case, the leading edge 12 of the first trim duct 5 or the second trim duct 6 is also broken at the portion B of the cutting waste 8 and sucked into the first trim duct 5 or the second trim duct 6. The situation that is not done easily occurs. Further, even if the cutting waste 8 is sucked into the first trim duct 5 and the second trim duct 6 from the starting end divided at the place of the order change, the width of the cutting waste 8 is wide, or the material is strong. Depending on the situation, during suction, the force is applied by using the front edge 12 of the first trim duct 5 or the second trim duct 6 as a fulcrum, and it is broken at the B portion, and the cutting waste 8 is bent and the first trim duct 5 Or, the front edge 12 of the second trim duct 6 may come into contact with the second trim duct 6, and the situation may occur in which the second trim duct 6 is blocked without being sucked. In this way, when the first trim duct 5 and the second trim duct 6 are clogged with cutting scraps 8, so-called jamming occurs, the cutting scraps 8 are conveyed.
Is not sucked into the first trim duct 5 or the second trim duct 6 and is caught in another device together with the corrugated cardboard sheet to be manufactured, which causes troubles such as generation of defective products.

While guiding the cutting scraps after trimming both sides of the sheet with the guide rolls at the edge of the trim duct,
Suction into the trim duct.At this time, the sensor detects the rotation of the guide roll due to the suction of the cutting dust, and the detection device receives the detection signal from the sensor, and the judgment device gets stuck in the suction of the cutting dust into the trim duct. When it is determined that the rotation of the guide roll has stopped, the sounding device makes a sounding operation to notify the jamming up. Further, the sensor detects the stop of rotation of the guide roll when the sheet trimming device is not operating, and thereby closes the gate circuit so that the sounding device does not sound.

In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, 16 is connected to a suction device by a tube 20 in the same manner as in the conventional case, and is for sucking cutting waste 18 after trimming both sides of a corrugated cardboard sheet 17 to remove it from the production line. It is a trim duct. The trim duct 16 is positioned just below the side wall of the trim duct 16 slightly inside the suction port 19 due to the change in the width and position of the cutting waste 18 due to order change. As described above, the corrugated board sheet 17 can be freely moved in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction. Trim duct 16
Is shaped like a trumpet that spreads downwards,
Guide rolls 21 and 22 are rotatably supported at the front edge and the rear edge with respect to the transport direction of the corrugated board sheet 17. The guide rolls 21 and 22 are designed to be as lightweight as possible and rotate by applying a slight force to guide the suction of the cutting waste 18. A metal foil 23 such as an aluminum tape is attached to the guide rolls 21 and 22, while a proximity sensor 24 for detecting the metal foil 23 is provided on the wall of the trim duct 16.
Attach. The metal foil 23 and the proximity sensor 24 paired with the metal foil 23 can be attached to the trim duct 16 and the guide roll 21 so as to detect only the rotation state of the guide roll 21 on the front edge side of the trim duct 16. . The proximity sensor 24 is connected to a buzzer 27 as a sounding device via a pulse cycle determination circuit 25 and a timer gate circuit 26. The pulse cycle determination circuit 25 detects fluctuations in the cycle of the pulse sent from the proximity sensor 24, that is, the number of revolutions of the guide rolls 21 and 22, and compares the number of revolutions set in advance with the number of revolutions of the guide rolls 21 and 22. An output signal is generated when the number drops below the number of revolutions set internally. The timer gate circuit 26 samples the signal output from the pulse cycle determination circuit 25 per unit time, for example, every minute, that is, the rotation speed of the guide rolls 21 and 22 drops to below a set value per unit time. Whether or not it is detected, the buzzer sounds when it descends. The above set value is set to a value slightly higher than the value of zero when the guide rolls 21 and 22 are stopped, and the guide rolls 21 and 22 have somehow despite that the cutting waste 18 is clogged. Due to the cause, it is preferable to make the buzzer 27 sound even when the corrugated board sheet 17 is rotated at a speed extremely lower than the conveyance speed.
In addition, the timer gate circuit 26 is used for the front and rear corrugated cardboard sheets 17
When the operation signal from the slitter scorer that trims both sides of the product is received and the production line is in operation, the gate opens, the operation of the slitter scorer stops, and the guide roll 21 The proximity sensor 24 does not cause the buzzer 27 to make a sounding operation when the stop of the signal 22 or 22 is detected.

At this time, the guide roll 21 rotates in accordance with the suction speed of the cutting waste 18, and the proximity sensor 24
Outputs a pulse corresponding to the number of rotations of the guide roll 21 to the pulse period determination circuit 25 due to the presence of the metal foil 23. The pulse cycle determination circuit 25 compares the cycle of the pulse output from the proximity sensor 24, that is, the rotation speed of the guide roll 21 with the rotation speed set inside, and the rotation speed of the guide roll 21 is set inside. Output signal when lower. The timer gate circuit 26 samples the value of the output signal from the pulse cycle determination circuit 25 at every unit time.
The buzzer 27 does not sound when 16 is not clogged. Further, when the cutting dust 18 is clogged in the trim duct 16 for some reason, the guide roll 21 does not rotate or only rotates at an extremely low speed for some reason. Since the rotation speed of the guide roll 21 is lower than the preset rotation speed of 25, the buzzer 27 makes a sounding operation.

In the case where it occurs, as shown in FIG. 2, the guide roll 22 at the trailing edge of the trim duct 16 receives the overshooting portion 18a and guides the suction without bending. This overshoot part 18a

Although it is sent from 24 to the pulse cycle determination circuit 25, in the pulse cycle determination circuit 25, it is sufficient to determine the pulse signal associated with the rotation of any of the guide rolls 21 and 22, and thus the guide roll 21 as described above. The alarm operation can be sufficiently performed by determining only the rotation state. After sucking the excessive portion 18a into the trim duct 16,
Needless to say, the above-mentioned normal exclusion operation is performed.
