Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(A)少なくとも一の天然又は合成ゴムの100重量部、 (B)硫黄の0.1〜25重量部及び/又は硫黄の0.1〜25重量部の当量を 与えるために十分な量の硫黄供与体及び (C)量適加硫までの硫黄加硫反応条件下において部分的にのみ反応し、かつ最 適加硫の後に該ゴム組成物において加硫戻りの10〜200パーセントを相殺す るのに十分な割合で、硫黄架橋されたゴムに炭素−炭素結合により結合された架 橋を形成する助剤の0.1〜5.0重量部の加硫反応生成物を含む硫黄加硫化ゴ ム組成物。 2.該ゴム組成物が更に、加硫促進剤の0.1〜8.0重量部を含む請求項1記 載の硫黄加硫化ゴム組成物。 3.該助剤が、最適加硫までの硫黄加硫条件下でミリモル当りマイナス2.0〜 2.0%の架橋効率を持つ請求項1又は2記載の硫黄加硫化ゴム組成物。 4.該助剤が、該ゴム組成物において加硫戻りの40〜150%を相殺するため に十分な割合で架橋を形成する請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の硫黄加硫化ゴ ム組成物。 5.最適加硫後に未反応助剤の0.1〜5.0重量部を含む請求項1〜4のいず れか一に記載の硫黄加硫化ゴム組成物。 6.該助剤が、式Aの少なくとも一の化合物を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一に 記載の硫黄加硫化ゴム組成物Q1−D−(Q2)n(A) (ここで、Dは窒素、酸素、ケイ素、リン、ホウ素、スルフォン及びスルフォキ シから選はれる一又はそれ以上のヘテロ原子を任意的に含むことができる、モノ マー状の又はオリゴマー状の二価、三価又は四価の基であり、nは、1、2又は 3から選ばれる整数であり、Q1及びQ2は式I及びIIから独立して選ばれ、 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼( II)ここで、R1、R2及びR3は、水素、C1〜C18のアルキル基、C3 〜C18のシクロアルキル基、C6〜C18のアリール基、C7〜C30のアラ ルキル基及びC7〜C30のアルカリール基から独立して選ばれ、そしてR2及 びR3は、R1が水素のとき一緒になつて環を形成してよく、B及びB1は下記 のヘテロ原子、即ち酸素及び硫黄から独立して選ばれる)。 7.該助剤が、ビス−又はトリスシトラコンイミド及びビス−又はトリスイタコ ンイミド及びそれらの混合物から選ばれる少なくとも一の化合物を含む請求項1 〜6のいずれか一に記載のゴム組成物。 8.硫黄の0.1〜25重量部又は硫黄の0.1〜25重量部の当量を与えるた めに十分な量の硫黄供与体の存在下において少なくとも一の天然又は合成ゴムを 含む加硫可能な組成物を110〜220℃の温度で24時間以下の間加硫する方 法において、該方法が、最適加硫までの硫黄加硫反応条件下において部分的にの み反応し、かつ最適加硫の後に該ゴム組成物において加硫戻りの10〜200パ ーセントを相殺するのに十分な割合で、硫黄架橋されたゴムに炭素−炭素結合に より結合された架橋を形成する加硫戻り防止助剤の有効量の存在下で実行される ことを特徴とする方法。 9.該ゴムが、更に加硫促進剤の0.1〜8.0重量部の存在下で加硫される請 求項8記載の加硫方法。 10.該助刑が、最適加硫までの硫黄加硫条件下でミリモル当りマイナス2.0 〜2.0%の架橋効率を持つ請求項8又は9に記載の加硫方法。 11.該助剤が、該ゴム組成物において加硫戻りの40〜150%を相殺するた めに十分な割合で架橋を形成する請求項8〜10のいずれか一に記載の加硫方法 。 12.該助剤が、式Aの少なくとも一の化合物を含む請求項8〜11のいずれか 一に記載の加硫方法Q1−D−(Q2)n(A) (ここで、Dは窒素、酸素、ケイ素、リン、ホウ素、スルフォン及びスルフォキ シから選ばれる一又はそれ以上のヘテロ原子を任意的に含むことができる、モノ マー状の又はオリゴマー状の二価、三価又は四価の基であり、nは、1、2又は 3から選ばれる整数であり、Q1及びQ2は式I及びIIから独立して選ばれ、 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼( II)ここで、R1、R2及びR3は、水素、C1〜C18のアルキル基、C3 〜C18のシクロアルキル基、C6〜C18のアリール基、C7〜C30のアラ ルキル基及びC7〜C30のアルカリール基から独立して選ばれ、そしてR2及 びR3は、R1が水素のとき一緒になって環を形成してよく、B及びB1は下記 のヘテロ原子、即ち酸素及び硫黄から独立して選ばれる)。 13.該助剤が、ビス−又はトリスシトラコンイミド及びビス−又はトリスイタ コンイミド及びそれらの混合物から選ばれる少なくとも一の化合物を含む請求項 8〜12のいずれか一に記載の加硫方法。 14.ゴムの硫黄加硫において、最適加硫までの硫黄加硫反応条件下において部 分的にのみ反応し、かつ最適加硫の後に該ゴム組成物において加硫戻りの10〜 200パーセントを相殺するのに十分な割合で、硫黄架橋されたゴムに炭素−炭 素結合により結合された架橋を形成する化合物から選ばれた加硫戻り防止助剤を 用いる方法。 15.該助剤が、最適加硫までの硫黄加硫条件下でミリモル当りマイナス2.0 〜2.0%の架橋効率を持つ請求項14記載の方法。 16.該助剤が、該ゴム組成物において加硫戻りの40〜150%を相殺するた めに十分な割合で架橋を形成する請求項14又は15に記載の方法。 17.該助剤が、式Aの少なくとも一の化合物を含む請求項14〜16のいずれ か一に記載の使用方法Q1−D−(Q2)n(A) (ここで、Dは窒素、酸素、ケイ素、リン、ホウ素、スルフォン及びスルフォキ シから選はれる一又はそれ以上のヘテロ原子を任意的に含むことができる、モノ マー状の又はオリゴマー状の二価、三価又は四価の基であり、nは、1、2又は 3から選ばれる整数であり、Q1及びQ2は式I及びIIから独立して選ばれ、 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼( II)ここで、R1、R2及びR3は、水素、C1〜C18のアルキル基、C3 〜C18のシクロアルキル基、C6〜C18のアリール基、C7〜C30のアラ ルキル基及びC7〜C30のアルカリール基から独立して選ばれ、そしてR2及 びR3は、R1が水素のとき一緒になって環を形成してよく、B及びB1は下記 のヘテロ原子、即ち酸素及び硫黄から独立して選ばれる)。 18.該助剤が、ビス−又はトリスシトラコンイミド及びビス−又はトリスイタ コンイミド及びそれらの混合物から選ばれる少なくとも一の化合物を含む請求項 14〜17のいずれか一に記載の方法。 19.請求項8〜13のいずれか一の方法により加硫されたゴムを含む工業製品 。 20.請求項8〜13のいずれか一の方法により加硫されたゴムを含むタイヤ。
