Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 1.非同調型の構造物を超音波周波数で振動させる装置であって、少なくとも1 つの電気−音響変換器(12)を備え、この変換器は、変換器の周波数に同調さ せた金属製固定部材(14,26,28,36,38,40,42,48,50 )により前記構造物(10,30)に堅固に固定され、構造物との連結部位が前 記固定部材の最大振幅領域(V)内に位置し、この変換器−構造物の全体を、半 波長の整数倍に同調させたナットその他の金属部材を固定することにより共振性 にしてあることを特徴とする、超音波振動装置。
- 2.前記金属製固定部材が、前記構造物(10)に連結する少なくとも1つの連 結棒(14)からなり、この連結棒の外面が、共振周波数との適合性を保持しな がら、前記構造物の寸法形状と整合した形状をとりうるものであることを特徴と する、請求の範囲第1項記載の超音波振動装置。
- 3.連結棒(14)の外面が、その節部の付近に、この連結棒(14)の軸を中 心として回転対称形で半径方向に凹んだくびれ部(16)を有することを特徴と する、請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の超音波振動装置。
- 4.連結棒(14)の外面が、その節部の付近に、この連結棒の軸を中心として 回転対称形で半径方向に突き出た拡張部(18)を有することを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の超音波振動装置。
- 5.動作周波数が10〜100kHz、好ましくは20〜40kHzの範囲内で あることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか1項に記載の 超音波振動装置。
- 6.超音波発振がパルス波または連続波であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 1項ないし第5項のいずれか1項に記載の超音波振動装置。
- 7.超音波振動の振幅が、前記構造物内で処理する物品に適合した振幅であり、 有利には上下のピーク間の間隔で2〜30μm、好ましくは5〜20μmである ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項ないし第6項のいずれか1項に記載の超音 波振動装置。
- 8.直角位相関係にはない2つの発振周波数を同時に使用して、前記構造物の動 作表面上に節部を解消することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項ないし第6項の いずれか1項に記載の超音波振動装置。
- 9.超音波変換器(12)が、前記電気−音響装置への連帯点で一体に締結され た複数の非同調型構造物(10)の積み重ねを振動および共振させることを特徴 とする、請求の範囲第1項ないし第8項のいずれか1項に記載の超音波振動装置 。
- 10.振動および共振を受ける前記非同調型構造物が、内部を高湿度雰囲気にで きる閉鎖域内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項ないし第8項の いずれか1項に記載の超音波振動装置。
- 11.電気−音響装置/構造物のアセンブリが密封チャンバ内に配置されること を特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項ないし第10項のいずれか1項に記載の超音波 振動装置。
- 12.非同調型構造物への調音波の発振が連続波またはパルス波であり、この超 音波発振に、振幅1〜30mm程度で周波数が100〜3000振動/分の範囲 内、好ましくは振幅5〜20mm程度で周波数300〜1500振動/分の範囲 内の低周波振動を重ね合わせることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項ないし第1 1項のいずれか1項に記載の超音波振動装置。
- 13.超音波が、対称2方向型または非対称1方向型の電気−音響変換器により 発振されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項ないし第12項のいずれか1項 に記載の超音波振動装置。
