Description
Claims (11)
- 1.ワークピースの内部円筒形穴面又は外部円筒面に配置された軸線方向に延び る溝の縁の角度位置を測定・記録する装置において、シューと、前記シューの或 る領域にわたって前記面と密接させるために前記シューを押圧する手段を備え、 前記領域はオリフィスと共働し、前記オリフィスは前記密接領域から充満チャン バまで延び、更に、前記充満チャンバへ流体を供給する手段と、前記ワークピー スと前記シュー間に相対的回転を起こさせる手段と、前記相対的回転中に前記縁 が前記オリフィスを横切るときに前記オリフィスから出る前記流体の流れの絞り 度を測定する手段と、前記相対的回転を測定するための角度位置測定装置を備え 、前記ワークピースの前記相対的角度位置が前記溝の連続する縁が前記オリフィ スを横断するときに前記オリフィスの予定の絞り度に対応する各相対的回転位置 で記録されることを特徴とする溝の縁の角度位置を測定・記録する装置。
- 2.前記シューは前記外部円筒面上の溝の角度位置を測定・記録するために前記 外部円筒面の半径より僅かに大きい半径の凹状弓形面をもつことを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の装置。
- 3.前記シューは前記円筒形穴面の内側の溝の角度位置を測定記録するために前 記内部円筒形穴面の半径より僅かに小さい半径の凸状弓形面をもつことを特徴と する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 4.前記シューの前記密接領域に設けた前記オリフィスは前記円筒面の軸線にほ ぼ平行な方向に延びるスリットをもつことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか 1項に記載の装置。
- 5.流体を供給する手段はガスを供給する手段とし、前記ガスは供給源から供給 され、前記供給源は実質上一定の圧力をもち、前記絞り度を測定する前記手段は 前記供給源と前記充満チャンバ間に介在する校正されたオリフィスと、前記充満 チャンバ内の圧力を測定する圧力測定手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1か ら4の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 6.前記最初に挙げたオリフィスが前記軸線方向に延びる溝の前記縁によって部 分的に閉鎖されて、前記予定の絞り度を生じたとき、前記校正されたオリフィス が前記密接領域に設けた前記最初に挙げたオリフィスの有効面積にほぼ一致する 横断面積をもつことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 7.流体を供給する手段は液体を供給する手段とし、前記液体は前記軸線方向に 延びる溝の前記縁が前記オリフィスを横断する期間中実質上一定の流量で供給源 から供給され、前記供給源は予定の最大圧力をもち、前記オリフィスから出る流 れの前記絞り度を測定する手段は前記供給源と前記オリフィス間に配置した圧力 測定手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 8.動力かじ取り入力シヤフトの予備機械加工した軸線方向に延びる溝の縁に計 量縁輪郭を研削する機械であって、前記入力シヤフトの軸線に平行にドレッシン グされる表面をもつ円筒形研削車と、前記予備機械加工した軸線方向に延びる溝 の前記縁の平均位置に対して精密に前記計量線輪郭を連続的に研削するよう前記 入力シヤフトの研削車間の距離を周期的に増減させる駆動手段とをもつ機械にお いて、計量縁輪郭が前記予備機械加工した軸線方向に延びる縁の平均位置に対し て対称的に研削されることを保証するために、前記記録された角度位置を分析し そして正確な角度を計算するためのコンピュータ手段を含み、更に、前記予備機 械加工した軸線方向に延びる縁に従って前記駆動手段を角度的に調節する手段と 、前記計算された修正角度に従って前記駆動手段を角度的に調節する手段を含む ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 9.前記オリフィスが前記軸線方向に延びる溝の前記縁を横切るたびに、前記入 力シヤフトの回転速度を予定の遅い速度に減少させる手段をもつことを特徴とす る請求項8に記載の装置。
- 10.前記測定に使用される前記流体は前記研削に使用される冷却剤と同じか又 は前記冷却剤と混和できることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 11.前記シューは径方向位置測定手段をもっていて前記入力シヤフトの外径を 測定することができ、従って、各前記計量縁輪郭と前記入力シヤフト間の真の径 方向距離を計算することができると共に、連続的に処理される前記入力シヤフト に小さい直径変動があるにも拘らず、研削されたすべての前記計量縁輪郭間の精 密な角度関係を計算することができることを特徴とする請求項8から10の何れ か1項に記載の装置。
