Claims (9)
- 1.Ni及び/或いはCoに基づく単相バインダ相中にWCを含んで成る70− 98重量%の硬質材料を含んで成る腐蝕並びに酸化に対する抵抗が向上している 焼結炭化物合金において、該バインダ相が溶体状に、重量%で表してCo最大9 0、Ni最大90、Cr3−15、W最大30、Mo最大15を含んで成り、 総炭素含有量が、3−15重量%のMo+Crの濃度に対し重量%で表して6. 13−(0.061±A)×(100重量%の硬質材料)、但しA=0.008 、好ましくはA=0.005であり、16−30重量%のMo+Crの濃度に対 して6.13−(0.058±B)×(100重量%の硬質材料)、但しB=0 .007、好ましくはB=0.005であり、WCの平均グレンサイズが<0. 9、好ましくは<0.7μmであり、そして 該合金が更に<0.8、好ましくは<0.2%VC及び/或いはZrNを含有す ることを特徴とする焼結炭化物合金。
- 2.該バインダ相が溶体状で、重量%で表してCo最大30及びMo1−6を含 んで成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に係わる焼結炭化物合金。
- 3.該バインダ相が溶体状で、重量%で表してCo30−70及びMo1−6を 含んで成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に係わる焼結炭化物合金。
- 4.該バインダ相が更に溶体状で、重量%で表してAl最大2、Mn最大10、 Si最大2、Cu最大10、Fe最大20、Ag最大5及びAu最大10を含ん で成ることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか1項に係わる焼結炭化物合金。
- 5.該バインダ相が溶体状で、0.1−10重量%のTiN及び/或いはTiC Nを含んで成ることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に係わる焼結炭化 物合金。
- 6.チップボード、中間密度ファイバボード及び粒子ボードの切削のために、最 大4重量%のバインダ相含有量を有する先行請求項のいずれか1項に係わる焼結 炭化物合金の使用。
- 7.中実乾燥木材の切削のために、4−9重量%のバインダ相含有量を有する請 求項1−5のいずれか1項に係わる焼結炭化物合金の使用。
- 8.中実湿潤木材の切削のために、10−30重量%のバインダ相含有量を有す る請求項1−5のいずれか1項に係わる焼結炭化物合金の使用。
- 9.プリント電子回路板と類似の複合材料の工作用工具に、3−20重量%のバ インダ相含有量を有する請求項1−5のいずれか1項に係わる焼結炭化物合金の 使用。
