Description
Claims (17)
- 1.金属放射性核種を用いた患者のガンマ線シンチグラフィー診断イメージング に使用するための、4−キノロン抗生物質または薬理学的に許容し得るそれらの 塩。
- 2.金属放射性核種を用いた患者のガンマ線シンチグラフィー診断イメージング に使用するための、3−カルボキシ−6−ハロ−4−キノロン抗生物質または薬 理学的に許容し得るそれらの塩。
- 3.式I: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)[式中、R1は置換基を有していても よい環式または脂環式ヒドロカルビル基;R2は水素またはアルキル基;Xはハ ロゲン原子;およびYは窒素原子または基■CR3(式中、R3は水素またはア ルキル基、またはR1とR3はそれらが結合する環炭素原子および窒素原子と共 に炭素環または異項環を形成する、置換基を有してもよい基)を表わす]で表わ される化合物またはその光学的に活性な異性体または生理学的に許容できる塩で あって、金属放射性核種を用いる患者のガンマ線シンチグラフィー診断イメージ ングに使用するための4−キノロン抗生物質。
- 4.式IのXがフッ素である第3項記載の化合物またはそれらの塩。
- 5.R1がシクロプロピル、Yが C2およびR2が水素である第4項記載の化 合物またはその塩。
- 6.Yが■CR3であり、R1とR3がそれらが結合するCとN原子と合して2 −メチルモルフィリノ環を形成し、R2がメチルである第4項記載の化合物また はその塩。
- 7.式IのR1がエチル、Yが■CH2およびR2が水素である第4項記載の化 合物またはそれらの塩。
- 8.4−キノロン抗生物質または前項いずれかに記載の薬理学的に許容し得る塩 およびイメージングに使用する金属放射性核種をより低い酸化状態で製造するこ とのできる手段とを含む、金属放射性核種を用いて患者のガンマ線シンチグラフ ィー診断イメージングに使用するためのキット。
- 9.より低い酸性状態で放射性核種を供給できる手段が化学還元剤を含む第8項 記載のキット。
- 10.成分が静脈注射に適した形態である第8または9項記載のキット。
- 11.イメージングに使用するための金属放射性核種をさらに含む第8〜10順 いずれかに記載のキット。
- 12.放射性核種がテクネチウム−99mである第11項記載のキット。
- 13.感染部位を見出すために、患者のガンマ線シンチグラフィー診断イメージ ングにおいて金属放射性核種と共に第8〜10項記載のいずれかのキットを使用 する方法。
- 14.感染部位を見出すため、金属放射性核種を用いて患者のガンマ線シンチグ ラフィー診断イメージングに使用するキットの調製のための第1〜7項いずれか に定義された4−キノロン抗生物質の使用。
- 15.金属放射性核種でラベルされた第1〜7項いずれかに記載の4−キノロン 抗生物質または薬理学的に安定なそれらの塩。
- 16.Tc−99m、Ga−67、In−111またはIn−113mから選ば れた放射性核種でラベルされた第15項記載の4−キノロン抗生物質またはそれ らの薬理学的に許容し得るそれらの塩。
- 17.金属放射性核種でラベルされた第15または16項記載の4−キノロン抗 生物質またはその生理学的に許容し得る塩を患者に投与する、患者のガンマ線シ ンチグラフィー診断イメージングを含む感染部位を見出す方法。
