Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 1.結晶性R(−)−N−(4,4−ジ(3−メチルチエン−2−イル)−ブト −3−エニル)ニペコチン酸、塩酸塩−水和物(チアガビン塩酸塩−水和物)。
- 2.実質的に純粋な形の結晶性チアガビン塩酸塩−水和物。
- 3.図1に示されたのと実質的に同一のX線回折グラム、図3に示されたのと実 質的に同一のKBr中のIRスペクトル、および図4に示されたのと実質的に同 一のDSCプロフィルを有する、結晶性チアガビン塩酸塩−水和物。
- 4.チアガビン塩酸塩の水溶液を作りそして該溶液からチアガビン塩酸塩−水和 物を晶出させることを特徴とする、結晶性チアガビン塩酸塩−水和物の製造方法 。
- 5.チアガビン塩酸塩のエチルエステルを水溶液中で酸で触媒される加水分解に 付し、次いで、該水溶液からチアガビン塩酸塩−水和物を晶出させることを特徴 とする、結晶性チアガビン塩酸塩−水和物の製造方法。
- 6.チアガビン塩酸塩−水和物を、薬学的に容認できるキャリヤーまたは希釈剤 と共に含む、薬剤組成物。
- 7.有効な抗癲癇量の結晶性チアガビン塩酸塩−水和物を薬学的に容認できるキ ャリヤーまたは希釈剤と共に含む、薬剤組成物。
- 8.1〜200mgのチアガビン塩酸塩−水和物を含む経口投薬単位の形の、請 求項6または7記載の薬剤組成物。
- 9.結晶性チアガビン塩酸塩−水和物の有効量を投与することを特徴とする、哺 乳動物の癲癇を処置する方法。
- 10.請求項7記載の薬剤組成物を投与することを特徴とする、哺乳動物の癲癇 を処置する方法。
- 11.癲癇を処置するのに有効な医薬を製造するためのチアガビン塩酸塩−水和 物の使用。
