Claims (7)
- 1.リングラフ板支持体用のアルミニウムシートを電気化学的に粗面化する方法 であって、シートを電解液中で交流処理に付し、該処理を水銀、ガリウム、イン ジウム、スズ、ビスマス、タリウム、カドミウム、鉛、アンチモンの中から選ば れる少なくとも一つの添加成分の存在下に行い、上記成分は0.01〜0.5重 量%でシート中に及び/又はシートの皮膜として存在し、及び/又は電解液中に 0.001M〜0.1M濃度で溶解して結合形態で存在し、電気化学粗面化速度 を高めることを特徴とする方法。
- 2.添加成分が0.02〜0.1重量%の濃度であり、少なくとも一部はアルミ ニウムシート中に固溶している請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.電解液が硝酸ベースである請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 4.添加成分がガリウムもしくは亜鉛である請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載 の方法。
- 5.電荷インプットが35〜75kCm−2である請求項1ないし4のいずれか に記載の方法。
- 6.アルミニウムシートがAA1050AもしくはAA3103である請求項1 ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 7.表面を粗面化するためにシートを電解液中で交流処理に付し、リングラフ板 支持体用のアルミニウムシートを電気化学的に粗面化する方法において、電気化 学粗面化率を高めるために水銀、ガリウム、インジウム、スズ、ビスマス、タリ ウム、カドミウム、鉛、アンチモンの中から少なくとも一つ選んだ添加成分を使 用し、上記添加成分がシート中、0.01〜0.5重量%の濃度で、及び/又は 電解液中に0.01Mから0.1Mの濃度で溶解して結合形態で存在させる方法 。
