Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.表面にポリマーが共有結合で結合している、水酸基を含む基部支持体に基づ く活性化支持体材料であって、次のように特徴づけられる。 a)基部支持体は脂肪族水酸基を含み、b)共有結合したポリマーは末端モノマ ーユニットを介して基部支持体に結合され、 c)ポリマーは一般式Iのモノマーユニットを含み、そして d)モノマーユニットは線状に結合している。 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼I [式中、 R1、R2およびR3は互いに独立してHまたはCH3であり、そして Xは、アズラクトン基またはオキシラン基を含む活性化グループである] 2.一般式I中のX基が一般式IIによる基であることを特徴とする、請求項1 に記載の活性化支持体材料。 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼II「式中、 R4はH、1〜5個のC原子を有するアルキルまたは6〜12個のC原子を含む アリールであり、そしてnは1から5までの整数である] 3.一般式I中のX基が一般式IIIによる基であることを特徴とする、請求項 1に記載の活性化支持体材料。 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼III「式中、 R5およびR6は互いに独立して、Hまたは1〜5個のC原子を有するアルキル である] 4.一般式VIIaまたはVIIbのひとつに対応する基を活性化グループとし て含むことを特徴とする活性化支持体材料。 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼VIIa▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ VIIb[式中、、 R1、R2およびR3は互いに独立してHまたはCH3であり、そして R5およびR6はそれぞれ互いに独立してHまたは1〜5個のC原子を有するア ルキルである]5.表面にポリマーがグラフト重合によって共有結合されている 水酸基を含む基部支持体から出発する活性化支持体材料の調製法であって、水酸 基を含む基部支持体粒子を懸濁させて、セリウム(IV)イオンの存在下で一般 式IVのモノマーからなる溶液中で重合させ、 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼IV[式中、 R1、R2およびR3は互いに独立してHまたはCH3であり、そして Yは、オキシラン基またはアズラクトン基またはそれからアズラクトン基を生じ ることができる基を含む、活性化または活性化が可能なグループである」そして 、適宜、前駆体化合物をアズラクトン環系に変換することを特徴とする。 6.一般式IVの異なるモノマーが共重合されていることを特徴とする、請求項 5に記載の調製法。 7.一般式IVによるモノマーに加えて、一般式Vのモノマーが共重合されてい ることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の調製法。 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼V [式中、 R1、R2およびR3は互いに独立して、HまたはCH3である」 8.チオール基を含む基部支持体を一般式VIIIのビニルアズラクトンと反応 させることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の活性化支持体材料の調製法。 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼VIII[式中、 R1、R2およびR3は、互いに独立してHまたはCH3であり、そして R5およびR6は、それぞれ互いに独立してHまたは1〜5個のC原子を有する アルキルである]9.アフイニテイーリガンドの結合のための、請求項1〜4の いずれか1項に記載の活性化支持体材料の使用。 10.酸素の固定化のための、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の活性化支持 体材料の使用。 11.アフィニティーリガンドが請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の活性化支 持体材料に結合していることを特徴とする、アフィニテイー支持体の調製法。 12.請求項11に記載の調製法によって調製されるアフィニティー支持体。 13.プロテインAを含む請求項12に記載のアフィニテイー支持体。 14.アフィニティークロマトグラフィーによるバイオポリマーの精製における 、請求項12または13に記載のアフィニティー支持体の使用。 15.免疫グロブリンの分離のための、請求項12または13に記載のアフィニ ティー支持体の使用。 16.請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の活性化支持体材料に結合しているこ とを特徴とする、酵素固定化の方法。 17.請求項16に記載の調製法によって調製される固定化酵素。 18.請求項16に記載の調製法によって調製される固定化ベンゾナーゼ。 19.核酸の加水分解のための請求項18に記載の固定化ベンゾナーゼ。
