Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.表面でポリマーが共有結合的に結合している水酸基含有保持基材をベースと するゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー用の保持材で、 a)保持基材が脂肪属水酸基を含んでおり、 b)共有結合的に結合したポリマーが末端モノマー単位を経由して保持基材と結 合しており、 c)線状のポリマーが式IIのモノマー単位からできており、 d)ポリマーがエーテル橋で架橋されている ことを特徴とする保持材。 式中 R1,R2およびR3は互に独立にHまたはCH3であり、 R4はHまたはC1−C5アルキルであり、 nは1ないし5の整数である。 2.表面でポリマーがグラフト重合により共有結合的 に結合している水酸基含有保持基材をベースとする保持材を製造する方法で、水 酸基含有保持基材粒子をセリウム(IV)イオン存在下で式Iのモノマーを含む溶 液中に懸濁して重合させ、 式中 R1,R2およびR3は互に独立にHまたはCH3であり、 R4はHまたはC1−C5アルキルであり、 nは1ないし5の整数であり、 つづいてエーテル橋をつくり、最後に残存エポキシド基を水酸基に変換させるこ とを特徴とする方法。 3.ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーに請求項1に記載の特徴をもつ保持材の使用。 4.請求項1に記載の保持材を用いるゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーによって混合 物中の少くとも二つの物質を分離する方法。
