Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a(i)中性のリン脂質、(ii)ホスファチジルグリセロール及びジミリ ストイルホスファチジック酸から選択された負に荷電されたリン脂質、及び(i ii)シクロスポリン、を有機溶媒に溶解して溶液を形成すること;b.この溶 液を乾燥して固体相を形成すること;c.水溶液でこの固体相を水和してリボソ ームシクロスポリン治療用調合品を形成すること、を特徴とする、リボソームシ クロスポリン治療用調合品の製法。 2.(i)中性のリン脂質、(ii)ホスファチジルグリセロール及びジミリス トイルホスファチジック酸から選択された負に荷電されたリン脂質、及び(ii i)シクロスポリン、を含むことを特徴とする、水溶液に懸濁されたリボソーム 。 3.(ii)がジミリストイルホスファチジルグリセロール、ジパルミトイルホ スファチジルグリセロール、ジラウリルホスファチジルグリセロール及びジミリ ストイルホスファチジック酸からなる群から選択された化合物である、請求項1 又は2の方法。 4.(i)が16又は18の炭素脂肪酸鎖から構成される脂質部分を有する、請 求項1又は2の方法。 5.水溶液が5.5から9.5のpHを有する緩衝液であることを特徴とする、 請求項1又は2の方法。 6.リボソームが単ラメラーでありかつ0.2μm未満の直径を存する、請求項 1又は2の方法。 7.(i)が16又は18の炭素脂肪酸鎖から構成される脂質部分を有する、請 求項3の方法。 8.水溶液が7.0から9.5のpHを有する緩衝液であることを特徴とする、 請求項3の方法。 9.水溶液が5.5から9.5のpHを有する緩衝液であることを特徴とする、 請求項4の方法。 12.リボソームが単ラメラーでありかつ0.2μm未満の直径を有する、請求 項3の方法。 13.リボソームが単ラメラーでありかつ0.2μm未満の直径を有する、請求 項4の方法。 14.リボソームが単ラメラーでありかつ0.2μm未満の直径を有する、請求 項5の方法。
