Description
Claims (20)
- 1.板状熱交換器の板対であって、該板対は、端部領域で互いに永久シールされ ることによってシールを形成する第一及び第二板材を備え、端部領域で第一板材 に設けられている溝は、第二板材に面し、ガスケットを受け、第二の同様の隣接 している板対とともにシールを形成し、溝の下側は、接触領域において、第二板 材のシーリング部分の内面と係合及び接触し、接触領域において、二枚の板材が 互いに永久接合されることによって、板対が形成さし、接触領域内で向き合う板 材間に第一バイパス領域が画定され、第二板材と隣接している同様の板対の第一 板材との間に第二バイパス領域が画定されるように溝及びシーリング部分が形成 及び配置され、溝は、実質上連続的に形成され、ゼロよりも実質上高い固定もし くは可変高さを有する内側壁を有することを特徴とする板対。
- 2.バイパス領域の側で接触領域に隣接している第二板材の領域が第一板材の方 へ延びている請求項1記載の板対。
- 3.溝の基部が板対の第二板材の端部で平面領域と係合し、平面領域は第一板材 における溝の内側壁から延びている請求項1記載の板対。
- 4.第一板材における溝の基部が第二板材の上部境界面よりも下に位置している 請求項2記載の板対。
- 5.第一板材の溝が第二板材の溝に入れ子になっている請求項1、2又は4記載 の板対。
- 6.第一板材における溝の深さが第二板材における溝の深さの二倍である請求項 5記載の板対。
- 7.第二板材における溝が、第二板材における溝の最大深さよりも低い高さを有 する逆部分を含み、第一板材における溝は、その深さの少なくとも一部分におい て、第二板材における溝の最大深さの二倍であって第二板材の溝の逆部分の高さ よりも浅い深さを有し、接触領域は第一板材の最も下の部分の基部と第二板材の 逆部分の上部表面とを含む請求項5または6記載の板対。
- 8.平面領域が第二板材の上部境界面に形成されている請求項3記載の板対。
- 9.平面領域の内側端部が、第一板材から、隣接している板対の第一板材の方へ 延びている壁で終わっている請求項8記載の板対。
- 10.出入口の近隣において、壁が接触領域に近く形成されている請求項9記載 の板対。
- 11.平面領域の内端部が第二板材の熱交換部分と連続している請求項1、3、 8、9、10のいずれかに記載の板対。
- 12.各板材が、互いに入れ子になっている少なくとも二層のシート材から構成 されている板材要素を含む上記請求項のいずれかに記載の板対。
- 13.層が同じ材料から構成されている請求項12記載の板対。
- 14.二層が異なる材料から構成されている請求項12記載の板対。
- 15.二枚の板材が、接触領域で、溶接、ろう付け又ははんだ付けによる永久接 合によって互いに接合されている上記請求項のいすれかに記載の板対。
- 16.各板対の板材が互いに永久シールされている隣接している板対を備え、隣 接している板対の隣接している板材間に設けられているガスケットがシールを形 成する、複数板状の熱交換器であって、各板対が上記請求項のいずれかに記載の 板対を備える熱交換器。
- 17.添付の図1及び5に関して説明した板対。
