- 1.以下の化学式の化合物 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)またはこの化合物のN−オキシド、ま たはこの化合物の調剤上許容し得る塩類、ただし Rはアリール、アリール低級アルキル、複素環または複素環低級アルキル、シク ロアルキル、低級シクロアルキル、低級アルキルであって、このRは非置換であ るかまたは少なくとも一つの電子吸引基もしくは電子供与基によって置換されて おり; R1は水素または低級アルキル、低級アルケニル、低級アルキニル、アリール低 級アルキル、アリール、複素環低級アルキル、複素環低級シクロアルキル、低級 シクロアルキル、低級アルキルであって、R1は非置換であるかまたは少なくと も一つの電子吸引置換基もしくは少なくとも一つの電子供与置換基によって置換 されており; R2およびR3は独立に水素、低級アルケニル、低級アルキニル、複素環、複素 環低級アルキル、低級アルキル複素環、低級シクロアルキル、低級シクロアルキ ル低級アルキル、SO3−またはZ−Yであって、このR2およびR3は非置換 であってもよくまたは少なくとも一つの電子吸引基もしくは電子供与基によって 置換されていてもよく; ZはO、S(O)a、NR4、PR4、メルカプトアルキル、アルキルチオ;ま たは化学結合であり; Yは水素、低級アルキル、アリール、アリール低級アルキル、低級アルケニル、 低級アルキニル、ハロ、複素環または複素環低級アルキル、シクロアルキル、シ クロアルキル低級アルキルであり、Yは非置換でもよくまたはYがハロの時にの みZが化学結合であるならばYは電子供与基によって置換されていてもよくまた は電子吸引基によって置換されていてもよく;またはZYの組合わせはNR4N R5R7、NR4OR5、ONR4R7、OPR4R5、PR4OR5、SNR 4R7、NR4SR7、SPR4R5、PR4SR7、NR4PR5R6、PR 4NR5R7、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼、▲数式、化学式、表等があ ります▼、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼、▲数式、化学式、表等がありま す▼、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ 、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼また は▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼であり;R4、R5およびR6は独立に水 素、低級アルキル、アリール、アリール低級アルキル、低級アルケニル、または 低級アルキニルであって、このR4、R5およびR6は非置換であってもよくま たは電子吸引基もしくは電子供与基によって置換されていてもよく; R7はR6、COOR8またはCOR6であり;R8は水素または低級アルキル またはアリール低級アルキルであり;nは1−4であり、 aは1−3であり、 Mは低級アルキレン鎖、そしてAおよびQは、少なくともAかQのいずれか一つ がSであるという条件で、独立にOまたはSである。

- 6.複素環がフリル、ピロリル、ピラゾール(pyrazoyl)、エポキシ、 オキサゾリル、イミダゾリル、テトラキシリル(tetraxolyl)、トリ アゾリル、またはオキサジアキソイル(oxadiaxoyl)である、請求項 5記載の化合物。
- 7.複素環がフリル、ピロリル、ピロゾリル(pyrozolyl)、またはピ リジルである、請求項6記載の化合物。
- 8.R2およびR3の一方がHであり他方がZ−Yである、請求項1記載の化合 物。
- 9.Z−YがN,O−ジメチルヒドロキシアミノ、N−メチルヒドロキシアミノ N−メチオキシアミノ(methyoxyamino)、エチルアミノまたはメ チルアミノまたはヒドラジノである、請求項8記載の化合物。
- 10.以下の化学式の化合物 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)またはこの化合物のN−オキシド、ま たはこの化合物の調剤上許容し得る塩類、ただし Rはアリール、アリール低級アルキル、複素環または複素環低級アルキル、シク ロアルキル、低級シクロアルキル、低級アルキルであって、このRは非置換であ るかまたは少なくとも一つの電子吸引基もしくは電子供与基によって置換されて おり; R1は水素または低級アルキルであって、R1は非置換であるかまたは少なくと も一つの電子吸引置換基もしくは少なくとも一つの電子供与置換基によって置換 されており; R2およびR3の一方は水素であり、他方はSO3である。
- 11.QおよびAが共にOである、請求項10記載の化合物。
- 12.以下の化学式の化合物 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)またはこの化合物のN−オキシド、ま たはこの化合物の調剤上許容し得る塩類、ただし Rはアリール、アリール低級アルキル、複素環または複素環低級アルキル、シク ロアルキル、低級シクロアルキル、低級アルキルであって、このRは非置換であ るかまたは少なくとも一つの電子吸引基もしくは電子供与基によって置換されて おり; R1は水素または低級アルキルであって、R1は非置換であるかまたは少なくと も一つの電子吸引置換基もしくは少なくとも一つの電子供与置換基によって置換 されており; R2およびR3は独立に水素、アルキル、またはZ−Yであって、このR2およ びR3は非置換であってもよくまたは少なくとも一つの電子吸引基もしくは電子 供与基によって置換されていてもよく;ZはS(O)a、メルカプトアルキルま たはアルキルチオであり;Yは水素、低級アルキル、アリール、アリール低級ア ルキル、低級アルケニル、低級アルキニル、複素環または複素環低級アルキル、 シクロアルキル、シクロアルキル低級アルキルであり、Yは非置換でもよくまた はYがハロの時にZが化学結合であるならばYは電子吸引基によって置換されて いてもよくまたは電子供与基によって置換されていてもよく;またはZYの組合 わせは▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ 、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼、▲ 数式、化学式、表等があります▼、▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼、▲数式 、化学式、表等があります▼または▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼であり; R4、R5およびR6は独立に水素、低級アルキル、アリール、アリール低級ア ルキル、低級アルケニル、または低級アルキニルであって、このR4、R5およ びR6は非置換であってもよくまたは電子吸引基もしくは電子供与基によって置 換されていてもよく; nは1−4であり、 aは1−3であり、 Mは低級アルキレン、そしてAおよびQは、R2およびR3の少なくとも一つが Z−Yであるという条件で、独立にOまたはSである。

- 26.請求項18から選ばれる化合物の抗痙攣剤としての有効量とこれに用いら れる調剤上の媒体を含む抗痙攣剤組成物。
- 27.請求項19の化合物の抗痙攣剤としての有効量とこれに用いられる調剤上 の媒体を含む抗痙攣剤組成物。
- 28.請求項20の化合物の抗痙攣剤としての有効量とこれに用いられる調剤上 の媒体を含む抗痙攣剤組成物。
- 29.請求項21の化合物の抗痙攣剤としての有効量とこれに用いられる調剤上 の媒体を含む抗痙攣剤組成物。
- 30.請求項1−15および22のいずれか一つに記載の化合物の抗痙攣剤とし ての有効量を動物に投与することを含む、動物のCNS疾患の治療の方法。
- 31.請求項16の化合物の抗痙攣剤としての有効量を動物に投与することを含 む、動物のCNS疾患の治療の方法。
- 32.請求項17の化合物の抗痙攣剤としての有効量を動物に投与することを含 む、動物のCNS疾患の治療の方法。
