(Prior Art) As a conventional automobile interior material, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-13314, a base material such as a resin board or a polystyrene board formed in a predetermined shape is laminated on a fiber knitted woven fabric, a non-woven fabric or the like. However, since these are usually made of synthetic fibers, they are strong.
The g / d was not less than 60% and the elongation was not less than 60%, and it was difficult to cut the fibers after cutting, such as finish cutting, and therefore, the man-hour at the time of cutting was extremely troublesome. Moreover, after cutting, the fiber remains at the end of the set, resulting in deep fitting, making it difficult to reduce costs and leaving design problems.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention aims to improve the cuttability of the automobile interior material by coping with the actual situation as described above, and to achieve the improvement of the designability. It aims at solving the problem of elongation.

(Means for Solving Problems) That is, the characteristic feature of the present invention is that the conventional automobile interior material is made of synthetic fiber having strength of 5 g / d or more and elongation of more than 50% as described above. The use of hot-melt adhesive members has been improved, and fiber strength of 4 g / d or less,
The point is that synthetic fibers having an elongation of 50% or less are used.

Here, 4 g / d or less and elongation of 50% or less are not critical values in a strict sense, but are values that can be cut very well by a cutting blade having a saw-tooth-shaped cutting edge in cutting after molding.

Synthetic fibers having such properties are made of conventionally known synthetic fibers such as polyamide fibers and polyester fibers, and are laminated with a layered base material such as polystyrene foam board or metal lath board in the form of non-woven fabric, knitted fabric or the like, preferably non-woven fabric. Laminated and formed into a composite.

At the time of laminating, it is preferable to use a reticulated hot melt adhesive having a basis weight of about 50 g / m 2 made of a low melting point polyester fiber instead of an ordinary adhesive.

The composite thus obtained is optionally put in a mold and subjected to a molding process, and is cut for finishing and the like.
It is performed on a composite material formed in cooperation with a receiving blade by a cutting blade having a normal serrated cutting edge.

At this time, due to the fiber strength and elongation, the fibers can be easily cut without leaving the fluff at the cut end, and a good design can be obtained without troublesome fluff removal.

Then, these composites are molded by the required mold at 150 ° C. for 1 minute after the above-mentioned complexing and are held on the receiving blade (5) to perform the required cutting, but the cutting blade (6) is As shown in FIG. 3, it is usually serrated and cut by moving it up and down with respect to the receiving blade (5).

At this time, the layered base material is cut with a good cut end because it has an appropriate hardness, and at the same time, the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric of the fiber surface layer have relatively low strength and small elongation. The cutting is done very well, and it is hardly exposed as fluff at the cutting end. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a good cut end that does not hinder the design.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, the present invention uses a synthetic fiber having a fiber strength of 4 g / d or less and an elongation of 50% to form a fiber surface layer of an automobile interior material, and a base material through a hot melt adhesive member. (1) The fiber layer can be easily cut during cutting, and the number of man-hours can be reduced as the shot speed increases and there is no need for finishing such as removal of remaining fluff. .
