In each of these conventional casers, a carton formed by a box-making machine is carried into the caser by a carton transfer mechanism, and the boxes are packed while being conveyed by the carton transfer mechanism. A machine is required, and a carton transfer mechanism completely independent of the box gripper or other mechanism for packing boxes is provided. In this carton transport mechanism, a conveyor having a general structure is usually used, and it is arranged in a straight line between the box making machine and the caser. In other words, since the carton transport mechanism is arranged completely different from the movement track of the container gripper, it is difficult to make the entire apparatus compact.

At the time when the container (6) containing the hakama (4) is supplied to the point (A) by the conveyor (2), the container gripper (12) is at the highest position, and from the point (A) to the point (B). The container (6) is grasped (the right side in FIG. 2) by descending slightly from the center of the straight line to reach the container (6) and then the container (6) is pulled out from the hakama (4). At this time, the centering guide (32) moves at the lowest position so as not to interfere with the lower surface of the conveyor (2). The two-dot chain line (72) between the cam curves (68) and (70) indicates the height of the conveyor surface of the conveyor (2), that is, the bottom surface of the hakama (4). The container gripper (12) is provided so as to be expandable / contractible in a large gripper head (10) for handling the container (6) containing the hakama (4), but is not necessarily limited to the illustrated configuration. . Further, the present invention is characterized in that the container gripper (12) and the carton transfer mechanism (24) are moved on the same rotation locus, and the cam curves (68) and (70) of FIG. Of course, it is not limited to. Further, if the flap pressing plate (32b) of the centering guide (32) is lengthened as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. 2, it is possible to cope with a small carton.

The carton carrying means is provided with a carton holding means, and the carton holding means holds the carton blank to form the carton during the rotational movement, that is, the carton carrying means also serves as the carton forming means. It is not necessary to separately provide an independent carton forming means, and the overall configuration can be simplified and downsized.

1. A carton take-out means for taking out the carton blanks contained in a magazine one by one, a carton forming means for forming the carton blanks into a carton, a carton carrying means for carrying the carton, and a container supplied by a conveyor. In a caser equipped with a container gripper for holding the container gripper and storing it in a molded carton, the container gripper and the carton transfer means are arranged at positions corresponding to each other in the vertical direction and are moved along the same rotational trajectory. A carton holding means is provided in the carton carrying means,
A caser characterized in that a carton is formed by holding the carton blank by the carton holding means while the carton blank is rotationally moved, and the container is housed in the formed carton.
