Receivables are installed. FIG. 5 shows a conventional support structure for the ore-receiver 1a. FIG. 5 (a) is a plane cross-sectional view, FIG. 5 (b) is a vertical cross-sectional view, and FIG. 5 (c) is a side view of the ore-receiving material 1a alone. As can be seen from FIG. 5, H-shaped structures are fixed to the vertical blast furnace shell 5 by welding or rivets in the same number as that of the plane arrangement of the ore metal receiver 1a.

That is, a support piece that is fixed to the iron shell and supports the ore receiving material, a hooking portion that is provided on the back surface of the ore receiving material and that engages with the supporting piece, and the ore receiving material is fixed to the iron shell from the outside of the iron shell with a nut. The bolt has a T-shaped head, and the ore receiving material of the ore receiving material and the locking portion of the bolt head have a long hole through which the bolt head can be inserted, and the bolt. And a support portion for supporting the reaction force of the bolt when the bolt is rotated by 90 degrees,
A locking piece more than once is provided.

Since this support piece is welded and fixed to the iron shell, it is not affected by heat, and because the vertical load transmitted from the ore receiving material is converted into shearing force, it is mechanically stable.

FIG. 1 is a plan view, FIG. 2 is a side sectional view, and FIG. 3 is a support situation diagram of an ore receiving object by a support piece. , FIG. 4 shows a structure for preventing the bolt head from rotating. Note that FIG. 4 (a) is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 (b) is A of FIG. 4 (a).
FIG. 1 is an ore deposit, which is usually heat resistant,
Manufactured using wear resistant alloys. The ore receiving material (hereinafter referred to as metal) 1 has the following structure because it is firmly fixed to the iron shell 5. The metal fitting 1 is provided with a washer 3 for supporting its own weight (vertical force) on the back surface, and the load of this washer 3 is the supporting piece 2
Be transmitted to. The support piece 2 is welded or otherwise fixed to the steel shell 5. The support piece 2 may be formed in a ring shape along the inner wall of the iron skin 5, or two or one support piece 2 may be arranged for one metal piece 1. The metal 1 and the iron shell 5 are fastened with bolts 4 in order to prevent the metal 1 from falling off or being pushed out into the furnace. As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the bolt 4 is provided with a washer 3a as a supporting portion of the bolt 4 so that the bolt 4 can be tightened from outside the furnace, and the head of the bolt 4 can be inserted into the washer 3a. The long hole 9 is provided. Therefore, if the head of the bolt 4 is inserted into the elongated hole 9 and rotated 90 degrees, the bolt 4 can be locked with the metal object 1. Further, two rotation stopper washers 3b are provided for each bolt so that the head of the bolt 4 does not rotate more than 90 degrees. In order to prevent the gas in the furnace from being blown out from the iron shell portion of the bolt mounting portion, a gas seal metal piece 6 is attached, and after setting the bolt 4, the gasket metal piece 6 is gas seal welded to the iron shell 5 (Fig. 2). ).

0 to 60 columns, 4 to 7 rows. In order to make full use of the function of the present invention, it is necessary to prevent the thermal influence of the gas in the furnace. Therefore, the refractory castables 7 are filled in the interior of the metal 1, the gap between the metal 1 and the space between the iron shell 5 and the metal 1 in order to improve the heat resistance of the structure and prevent the passage of gas in the furnace. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a cooling board 10 may be inserted between the metal pieces 1 for the purpose of enhancing the durability of the metal pieces 1.
