Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本考案は、織物用箔糸に係る。
「従来の技術」 従来絹織物の上面に箔を接着した箔糸は公知であるが、
細截又は製織中に同織物の糸が解けて損傷する欠点があ
った。
「考案が解決しようとする課題」 本考案は、これに対し上記欠点を除去して堅牢強靱にし
て防皺性を有する箔糸を構成しようとするものである。
「問題を解決するための手段」 本考案は、絹の短繊維（３mm〜５mm長を可とする）を抄
紙方法により抄紙して（バインダーは尿素樹脂、ポリビ
ニールアルコール等を可とする）、同繊維を一方向に密
に並列してなるペーパー１上に箔２を接着し同繊維の長
手方向に細截（厚さ0.08mm程度を可とする）したもので
ある。
「作用」 本考案は上記の構造よりなるから、絹繊維を箔糸の長手
方向に一方向に密に並列したものであるため、柔軟平滑
にして防皺性を有するのみならず、製織又は細截の場合
折損のおそれがない。
「考案の効果」 従って、使用中、損傷、皺より等しない堅牢な箔織物を
構成しえられる効果がある。
