較して安全性が高い。又、押圧頭部及び食品の収容器が
水圧室から引き出された状態に於ては、該収容器の上方
は開放されているので、殺菌処理工程の自動化が容易に

ドを前進させて行き、収容室の先端部が円筒形の水圧室
