In the case of producing a synthetic resin molded body, the synthetic resin molded body is molded in a state in which the raised hair of the skin material is laid down or the foam layer is collapsed by the pressing force of the mold when shaping the synthetic resin molded body. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a synthetic resin molded body, which integrally molds a skin material, to prevent the occurrence of such damage.

Since the pressure is reduced to ~ 30 kg f / cm 2 or less, when the mold clamping pressure is reduced, the distance between the upper mold and the lower mold is wide, that is, the upper mold is elevated from the lower mold to a higher position. High pressure is required when shaping the molded body.

方法によって上記課題を解決する。(Means for Solving the Problem) The present invention comprises a synthetic resin molding die having a male die and a female die, and a skin material fixing frame provided at a constant interval in the vicinity of the male die. A method for producing a synthetic resin molded body, comprising integrally molding a skin material by engaging a male die and a female die of a molding die, wherein a male die and a female die are fixed after fixing a peripheral edge portion of the skin material to the skin material fixing frame. The mold is meshed with, and the meshing time for bonding the skin material to the fused resin is only the minimum required shaping time, and after this meshing, the distance between the meshing surfaces of the two molds is set to An integral molding of a skin material, characterized in that the thickness in a raised state or the thickness of the foam layer of the skin material and the thickness of the fused resin formed by the meshing are made to be approximately the same for a certain period of time. The above problem is solved by the method for producing a synthetic resin molded body.

造方法であるので以下の効果を奏する。(Effect of the Invention) The present invention comprises a synthetic resin molding die having a male die and a female die, and a skin material fixing frame provided at a constant interval in the vicinity of the male die. A method for manufacturing a synthetic resin molded body in which a skin material is integrally molded by engagement between a male mold and a female mold, wherein a male mold and a female mold are fixed after fixing a peripheral edge of the skin material to the skin fixing frame. The meshing time for meshing and sticking the skin material to the fusion-bonded resin is limited to the minimum required shaping time, and after this meshing, the distance between the meshing surfaces of the two molds is the raised state of the skin material. Thickness or the thickness of the foamed layer of the skin material and the sum of the thickness of the fused resin formed by the meshing, and the same for a certain period of time, the synthetic resin for integrally molding the skin material. Since it is a method for producing a molded body, the following effects are exhibited.

The pressing time can be shortened as much as possible, so that the raised hair which has been laid down after the two molds are engaged with each other is restored to an upright state, or the foam layer that has been deformed under pressure has a good texture.

Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a synthetic resin molded body which is excellent in moldability and in which the skin material is integrally molded.
