【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上下両金型の

の調整弁を開き、不要のノズルの調整弁を閉じたりした
後、ノズルの開口部から合成樹脂材を適量射出して停止
する。これにより、合成樹脂材が下金型に必要量供給さ

【発明の効果】本発明はこのような方法及び装置である
から、スタンピングモールド・システムの射出成形にお
いて、大型・小型など任意の合成樹脂成形品を同時に2
個以上製造することができるようになり、また同一型の
成形品の複数製造も勿論でき、生産効率の向上と量産化

端を下金型の上方に位置せしめ、各ノズルから合成樹脂
材を調整しながら下金型に射出し、射出機の管体部を上
下金型間から引き出した後、上金型をセットして成形す
ることを特徴とする合成樹脂成形方法。1.
