下端部をシリコーンゴムにより封着するとともに、シリ
コーンゴムとシリコーングリースとの間に、シリコーン
グリースと反応しない材料で形成した隔壁を設けたこと
を特徴とする光ファイバ複合碍子。

を封入したことを特徴とする光ファイバ複合碍子。
