Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】この考案は、自動車ランプのカバーレンズに熱
線を入れて、カバーレンズに付着した雪や氷を溶して除
去するための自動車ランプの熱線入カバーレンズに関す
るものである。 【構成】自動車ランプのカバーレンズ（１）に、電流に
よって発熱する熱線（２）を入れて、この熱線に必要に
応じて電流を流せるような装置を接続して、必要に応じ
てカバーレンズを暖める。

この考案は、自動車のヘッドランプやテールランプのカバーレンズに熱線を入れ た、自動車ランプの熱線入カバーレンズに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の自動車用のヘッドランプやテールランプなどのランプは、降雪時などの走 行中に雪や氷がランプに付着すると正常なランプの機能を発揮することができな かったにもかかわらず、これらのランプに付着した雪や氷を効果的に除去する対 策が施されていなかった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は、降雪時や凍結時に自動車のヘッドランプやテールランプなどに付着し た雪や氷を除去し、あるいは雪や氷が付着しにくくして、自動車ランプの本来の 機能の保持を図ろうとするものである。

【課題を解決しようとする手段】
自動車のランプのカバーレンズの中に熱線を入れて通し、この熱線に必要に応じ て電流を流せるような装置を接続し、カバーレンズに雪や氷が付着した時に、こ の熱線に電流を流して暖めることによりカバーレンズを暖め、雪や氷を溶かして 除去し、同時に雪や氷が付着しにくくする。

【作用】
本考案の自動車ランプの熱線入カバーレンズを使えば、カバーレンズに付着した 雪や氷を溶かして除去することができると同時に、カバーレンズに雪や氷を付着 しにくくすることができる。

【実施例】 本考案の実施に当たって、次のようなことが考えられる。 熱線を入れるべきカバーレンズは、ヘッドランプのカバーレンズやテールランプ のカバーレンズに限らず、方向指示ランプ・フォッグランプ・コーナーランプな ど、あらゆる自動車ランプのカバーレンズが考えられる。

【考案の効果】
本考案の自動車ランプの熱線入カバーレンズを使えば、カバーレンズに付着した 雪や氷を溶かして除去し、同時に、雪や氷をカバーレンズに付着しにくくするこ とができるので、ランプの光が雪や氷によって阻害されず、さまざまな自動車ラ ンプが本来目指している機能と効力を損なうことなく、吹雪の夜道などでも走行 の安全性が高くなる。
