Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は、インフレーションチューブより製造される医
療容器と該医療容器の製造金型および医療容器の製造方
法に関するもので、特に溶着部を強固にシールした医療
容器および溶着部を強固にシールするための医療容器の
製造金型および医療容器の製造方法を提供するものであ
る。
[従来技術及び従来技術の課題] 現在ポリオレフィン系合成樹脂等のインフレーションチ
ューブで薬液容器等の医療容器を製袋する場合、ヒート
シールや超音波溶着で実施されている。
しかしながら第6図のように金型21でのクランプが弱
いと、インフレーションチューブ20の両端部が溶着せ
ずにトンネル状の穴22が生成し、高圧蒸気滅菌後に、
液体のリークが多発するという問題があった。
また逆に金型21のクランプが強すぎるとインフレーシ
ョンチューブの両端部にピンホールが発生し前記と同様
の問題があった。
そこで本願発明者は以上の課題を解決するために鋭意検
討を重ねた結果次の発明に到達した。
[課題を解決するための手段] 第1の発明として、 上金型2と下金型3よりなり、前記上金型2及び/又は
下金型3のチューブシール面4に医療容器の袋状本体の
肉厚tに対して0.2t〜0.4tの高さHを有する突
出部5を形成してなる製造金型1を提供するものであ
る。
第2の発明として、 第1の発明記載の製造金型1を使用して、次の各工程よ
り医療用容器を製造する医療用容器の製造方法を提供す
るものである。
インフレーションチューブ10を上金型2と下金型3
の間に配置する工程、 前記インフレーションチューブ10を上金型2と下金
型3により挟持して、インフレーションチューブ10の
端部を前記突出部5により押圧することにより形成され
る一次溶着部16と前記チューブシール面4により押圧
することにより形成される二次溶着部17を形成して製
袋する工程、 第3の発明として、 第2の発明記載の医療用容器の製造方法により製造さ
れ、袋状本体12と口部15とから構成される医療用容
器11であって、 肉厚tを有する二次溶着部17と該肉厚tに対して、
0.6tから0.8tの肉厚を有する一次溶着部16を
袋状本体12の端部に形成した医療用容器11を提供す
るものである。
[作用] 突出部5によりインフレーションチューブ10は強く押
圧され、これによりインフレーションチューブ10の端
部にインフレーションチューブ10の構成材料を圧縮し
た一次溶着部16が形成されるので、インフレーション
チューブ10の両端部は確実に強固にシールされ、液体
のリークを皆無にすることできる。
[実施例] 第1図は、本発明の製造金型1の概略図である(本発明
において「製造金型1」とは、熱を印加して医療用容器
の構成材料を溶融して成形する金型と、該金型により成
形された医療用容器の形状を熱を印加せずに整える金型
(冷却金型)の両方を含む)。
製造金型1は、上金型2と下金型3よりなり、前記上金
型2のチューブシール面4に突出部5が形成されてい
る。突出部5は下金型3のチューブシール面4または上
金型2と下金型3のチューブシール面4、4に形成して
も良い。
突出部5は第2図(第1図の底面図)のようにチューブ
シール面4に一体に形成しても良いし、チューブシール
面4に別途装着するようにしても良い。突出部5の構成
材料は前記上金型2と下金型3と同材質(導電性材料)
で構成しても良いし異材質(プラスチック片、テープ等
の非導電性材料)で形成しても良い。
突出部5の形状は、特に第1図、第2図に記載したもの
に限定されるものではなく、本発明の目的を達成できる
ものであれば任意に設定できる。
突出部5の高さHは後述する袋状本体12の肉厚t(1
00%)に対して、0.2t(20%)から0.4t
(40%)に形成するのが好ましい。0.2t以下では
前記金型のクランプが弱くなり、インフレーションチュ
ーブの両端が溶着しにくいので好ましくない。また0.
4t以上では金型のクランプが強くなりすぎてインフレ
ーションチューブの両端にピンホールが発生しやすいの
で好ましくない。
次に医療容器の製造方法について説明する。
第1図に示すようにポリオレフィン系合成樹脂よりなる
インフレーションチューブ10を上金型2と下金型3の
間に配置し、上金型2及び/又は下金型3に熱を印加し
ながらインフレーションチューブ10を挟持し、インフ
レーションチューブ10を溶融して溶着する。
突出部5によりインフレーションチューブ10は強く押
圧され、これによりインフレーションチューブ10の端
部にインフレーションチューブ10の構成材料を圧縮し
た一次溶着部16が形成される。
またチューブシール面4によりインフレーションチュー
ブ10の端部は押圧されこれによりインフレーションチ
ューブ10の端部にに二次溶着部17が形成される。
以上のようにしてインフレーションチューブ10の両端
部は確実に強固にシールされる。
第3図は、前記製造方法により製造した医療用容器11
の概略図で、第4図は第3図のA−A′断面図、第5図
は第3図のB−B′断面図である。
医療用容器11は袋状本体12と口部15とから構成さ
れ、袋状本体12の端部には、袋状本体12の肉厚t
(100%)と略同一の肉厚t(100%)を有する二
次溶着部17と、該二次溶着部17に対して、0.6t
(60%)から0.8t(80%)の肉厚を有する一次
溶着部16が形成されている。0.8t以上では金型に
よるクランプが十分でないためインフレーションチュー
ブ10の両端が溶着しない場合もあるので好ましくな
い。0.6t以下では金型によるクランプが強すぎてイ
ンフレーションチューブ10の両端にピンホールが発生
しやすいので好ましくない。
本発明において袋状本体12の肉厚tとは、袋状本体1
2を構成するチューブt、tを重ね合わせた厚さで
ある。すなわち、t=t+tである。
[発明の効果] 以上説明したように本発明は、チューブの両端部が確実
に強固にシールされるので、液体のリークが皆無で画一
的な製品を提供することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】上金型2と下金型3よりなり、前記上金型
    2及び/又は下金型3のチューブシール面4に医療容器
    の袋状本体の肉厚tに対して0.2t〜0.4tの高さ
    Hを有する突出部5を形成したことを特徴とする医療容
    器の製造金型1(以下「製造金型1」)。
  2. 【請求項2】特許請求の範囲第1項記載の製造金型1を
    使用して、次の各工程より医療用容器を製造することを
    特徴とする医療用容器の製造方法。 インフレーションチューブ10を上金型2と下金型3
    の間に配置する工程、 前記インフレーションチューブ10を上金型2と下金
    型3により挾持して、インフレーションチューブ10の
    端部を前記突出部5により押圧することにより形成され
    る一次溶着部16と前記チューブシール面4により押圧
    することにより形成される二次溶着部17を形成して製
    袋する工程、
  3. 【請求項3】特許請求の範囲第2項記載の医療用容器の
    製造方法により製造され、袋状本体12と口部15とか
    ら構成される医療用容器11であって、 肉厚tを有する二次溶着部17と該肉厚tに対して、
