制御するブレーキを作用させると共に籠は電動機によっ
て所定速度で積極的に駆動回転させるようにし、給糸パ
ッケージから引出した糸を籠の外周面に沿わせた後、徐
々に綾振動を縮小させつつ綾振支点転子を経てスピンド
ルの軸方向の前面から取出し、バルーニングさせつつ引
き出すようにした給糸用撚糸装置を先に提案した。(特
