Description
【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ この発明は、歯科において根管形成の途上で象牙質削片
や残存有機質を除去するための根管清掃等に用いられる
洗浄針に関するものであり、医療の分野で利用される。

［従来の技術］ 歯科用洗浄針（以下、「洗浄針」という）は、根管形成
の途上で象牙質削片や残存有機質を除去するための根管
清掃等の場合に洗浄液を充填した注射器に取り付けら
れ、針の先端部を洗浄部位に当てて洗浄液を噴出するた
めに用いられるものである。

浄針では、治療すべき歯の位置や、洗浄部位の深さ等に
よって、注射器の傾き加減を調節しなければならず、不
便であった。

この不便さを解消するものとして、針管をその先端部か
ら1cm程の位置において一定の角度に曲げたものが開発
され、使用されている。

他方、洗浄液が削られた歯の底部に直接噴射されると、
その部分の削片が根管奥部の僅かな隙間に入ってしま
い、除去できないという問題もあった。

この点を解決するものとして、針管の先端部側壁に洗浄
液噴出孔を設けたものも開発され、使用されている。

［解決すべき問題点］ 上記の従来技術のうち、前者では針管が曲げられている
ため、針管がまっすぐな場合に比べ幾らか使いやすくな

管（２）の先端部側壁を研削穿孔することにより形成す

酸ナトリウム液、３％過酸化水素水等の洗浄液を充填し
た注射筒の先端に取り付けて使用される。

［効果］ この発明の洗浄用針は、折曲自在な金属から構成されて
いるため、洗浄を必要とする部位に従って、すなわち第
２図に実線および点線で示すように、針管の長さ方向の
任意の位置において、任意の方向へ、任意の角度だけ折
り曲げることができ、例えば湾曲根管にも容易に挿入で
きるなど、使用に際して極めて便利である。

- 【請求項１】注射器取付け用針基および針管からなる洗
浄針において、針管が折曲自在の金属からなり、針管の
先端が閉塞されると共に、先端部側壁に洗浄液噴出孔を
有することを特徴とする歯科用洗浄針。
