Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 地上に捨てられている各種の空罐を腰をかが
めることなく起立したままの姿勢で回収することができ
る道具を提供することを目的とする。 【構成】 器体の底面部に形成した開口部の前後両側縁
部を斜め上方向に曲折して抑止部を設け、器体の後側板
上側部に開口部を形成し、器体の上側方には柄杆を取付
けて成る。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、地上に捨てられて放置されている空罐の回収具に関するものである 。

【従来の技術】
従来、地上に捨てられている各種の空罐を回収するときは、人が腰をかがめた り背中をまるめたりして直接手で拾い上げるという方法しかなかったので、長時 間そのような作業をしていると疲労度が蓄積していた。特に老人にはつらい仕事 であった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本考案は従来方法のこのような欠点を一掃し、簡単な手段で起立した 姿勢のままで地上に捨てられている空罐を回収することができる道具を提供する ことを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、器体の底面部に空罐の直径及び長さよりやや大きく成る開口部を形 成するとともにこの底面開口部の前後両側縁部を斜め上方向に曲折して抑止部を 設け、器体の後側板上側部に開口部を形成し、この開口部に臨んで袋体を着脱し 得るように取付け、前記器体の上側方には適当長さの柄杆を取付けて成るもので ある。

【作用】
いま地上に落ちている空罐に対し、手で把持した柄杆をもって本器体の底面開 口部を当接しこれにやや力を入れて器体を押し込む。すると、空罐は開口部前後 の抑止部による弾発を受けながら器体の内部に収容される。
【０００６】 一ど収容された空罐は器体の内部において抑止部上で保持されるから、底面開 口部から落下することはない。
【０００７】 さらに、次の空罐を同様の要領で収容すると、前の空罐は器体後側部の開口部 から袋体へ移動しここに集合される。
【０００８】 袋体の内部が空罐で一ぱいになったときは、袋体を取外して、然るべき場所に 捨てればよい。

【実施例】
１は全体が適当な形状と大きさから成る器体で、この器体の底面部全体には開 口部２を形成する。
【００１０】 ３，３はこの開口状態に成る底面部の前後両側縁部を斜め上方向に曲折形成し て設けた抑止部で、この抑止部の全体は発条状態に成る。
【００１１】 前記開口部２の底面部の前後両側縁部の間隔は空罐ａの直径部とほぼ等しい長 さに成り、また開口部２の両側抑止部３，３の先端間隔は空罐の直径部より短い 長さに成る。
【００１２】 ４は前記器体１の前側板で、この前側板の上面部はその左右両側板５，５との 間に空間部６を形成している。
【００１３】 ７は前記左右両側板部５，５に基端を固着して上方に架設した吊板で、この吊 板の中央部に設けた管部12に適当長さの柄杆８を着脱し得るように設ける。
【００１４】 ９は前記器体１の後側板で、この後側板の上端部にはガイド10を水平に形成す るとともにその上部は開口部11に成り、この開口部は前記上面開口部６とともに 開放状態に成る。
【００１５】 13は前記器体後側板９上の開口部11に臨んで着脱し得るように取付ける袋体で 、多くの空罐が転んで収容される大きさのものである。
【００１６】 なお、空罐の種類に応じて本器具を各別に用意するようにしてもよいし、底面 部に形成した開口部にその広さ間隔を調節し得るように構成してもよい。

【考案の効果】
使用者は、地上に落ちている空罐を回収するときに、腰を全くかがめることな く、正常の起立した姿勢を保ちながら作業することができるから、長時間つづけ ても疲労しない。
【００１８】 その取扱いはきわめて簡単であるから、子供でも老人でも確実に空罐の回収作 業をすることができる。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 器体の底面部に空罐の直径及び長さより
    やや大きく成る開口部を形成するとともにこの底面開口
    部の前後両側縁部を斜め上方向に曲折して抑止部を設
    け、器体の後側板上側部に開口部を形成し、この開口部
    に臨んで袋体を着脱し得るように取付け、前記器体の上
    側方には適当長さの柄杆を取付けて成ることを特徴とす
    る空罐回収具。
  2. 【請求項２】 底面開口部の開口度を調節し得るように
    して成る請求項１に記載した空罐回収具。
