【目的】 複数の六角レンチをコンパクトに収納し、か
つ、ホルダーを六角レンチのグリップとして兼用する。 【構成】 ホルダー本体１の外周面に凹凸部４を形成し
て握部５を設ける。このホルダー本体１には、六角レン
チ２のサイズに合わせた装着孔６を形成する。そして、
装着孔６に六角レンチ２の柄部２Ａを挿入してホルダー
本体１に六角レンチ２を組み付ける。 【効果】 ホルダー本体１にサイズの異なる複数本の六
角レンチ２をコンパクトに収納できる。また、ホルダー
本体１と六角レンチ２を一体化し、ホルダー本体１を六
角レンチ２のグリップとして利用できる。

【０００１】
本考案は、径サイズの異なる複数本の六角レンチを収納する六角レンチ用ホル ダーに関する。
【０００２】
一般的に、六角レンチは大小異なる径サイズの六角レンチが複数本セットとな っており、このように、径サイズの異なる複数本の六角レンチを個々に保管した 場合には、紛失などの恐れがある。このため、基台の中心に水平方向に回動する 平板状の収納板を取り付け、この収納板に、各六角レンチの径サイズに合わせた 挿通孔を所定間隔を置いて形成し、この挿通孔に六角レンチを挿通することによ って、六角レンチ先端の作用部を収納板に引っ掛けて複数本の六角レンチを一括 して収納するようにした六角レンチの整理具が実開平３−８２１７６号公報に提 案されている。

前記従来の整理具においては、複数本の六角レンチを収納板に掛止めすること で、種々サイズの異なる六角レンチを集中的に管理、保管することができるもの の、基台と、この基台に回動可能に取り付ける収納板とを備えることから、全体 として大型なものとなり、広い保管スペースが必要となるがかりでなく、携帯に も不便である。また、通常、この種の六角レンチは径サイズが小さくなるほど、 長さも短くなり、特に、サイズの小さな六角レンチにおいては、六角レンチを握 る柄の部分が短く、しかも径が細くなるため、六角レンチを回す際に、回しずら いといった不具合いもある。
【０００４】 本考案は、このような問題点を解決して、複数本の六角レンチをコンパクトに 収納できるとともに、ホルダーを六角レンチのグリップ部として兼用可能とする ことのできる六角レンチ用ホルダーを提供することを目的とする。
【０００５】
本考案は、前記目的を達成するために、外周面に握部を有するホルダー本体を 設け、このホルダー本体の長手方向に沿って、前記六角レンチの径サイズに対応 する複数の装着孔を形成し、その装着孔に前記六角レンチを挿通してホルダー本 体に六角レンチを一体的に組み付けたものである。

本考案の六角レンチ用ホルダーでは、ホルダー本体に形成する装着孔に六角レ ンチに挿通して複数本の六角レンチをホルダー本体にコンパクトに収納でき、ま た、装着孔に六角レンチに挿通することで、ホルダー本体と六角レンチとが一体 化し、六角レンチを使用する際、ホルダー本体を六角レンチのグリップとして機 能させることができ、握り易いホルダー本体によって、六角レンチを容易に回す ことができる。

以下、本考案の実施例を添付図面を参照して説明する。
【０００８】 図１ないし図５は、本考案の一実施例を示しており、同図において、１は六角 レンチ２を収納する合成樹脂製のホルダー本体であり、このホルダー本体１は、 両側にそれぞれが対称となる螺旋状傾斜面３を有してほぼ円柱状に形成され、か つ、その外周面に波形状の凹凸部４をホルダー本体１の長手方向に沿って形成し て握部５を形成している。
【０００９】 また、ホルダー本体１に組み付けられる六角レンチ２は、断面形状が六角形に 形成された長い柄部２Ａと短い作用部２ＢとをＬ字状に折曲する従来から周知の ものであり、径サイズの異なる複数本の六角レンチ２が１組のセットとなってい る。そして、このように、複数本の六角レンチ２を一体的に組み付けて収納する ホルダー本体１には、六角レンチ２の数に対応して前記各六角レンチ２の柄部２ Ａを挿通する装着孔６が所定間隔を置いてほぼ同一円弧上に形成され、これら各 装着孔６は、図３に示すように、六角レンチ２のサイズに対応してその柄部２Ａ の角部と接する径に形成されている。なお、図中、７は印刷などによってホルダ ー本体１の外面に形成する六角レンチ２のサイズを表した表示部、８はホルダー 本体１を吊下げるリング９の取付孔である。
【００１０】 そして、六角レンチ２の柄部２Ａを、そのサイズに対応した装着孔６に挿通す ることによって、六角レンチ２の作用部２Ｂがホルダー本体１の両側部に形成す る螺旋状傾斜面３から突出した状態でホルダー本体１にサイズの異なる複数本の 六角レンチ２を一体的に組み付けて収納することができる。また、この場合、ホ ルダー本体１の両側部に螺旋状傾斜面３を形成することによって、図２および図 ３に示すように、ホルダー本体１から外部に突出する各六角レンチ２の作用部２ Ｂは螺旋状傾斜面３に沿って段差状に配置され、ホルダー本体１に六角レンチ２ が無駄なく治まるとともに、装着孔６をほぼ同一円弧上に形成することで前記螺 旋状傾斜面３から突出する前記作用部２Ｂは軸線上に若干重なるだけで、作用部 ２Ｂ同志の干渉を極力少なく抑えることができ、このため、ホルダー本体１から 六角レンチ２を引き抜く際、例えば、最も内側の六角レンチ２を引き抜く場合、 その外側に位置する六角レンチ２の作用部２Ｂが干渉して邪魔になった場合には 、外側の六角レンチ２を左右何れかに動かして作用部２Ｂの位置を少し変えるだ けで、内側の六角レンチ２を容易に取り出すことができる。したがって、ホルダ ー本体１の内側に装着された六角レンチ２を取り出す際、邪魔になる外側に六角 レンチ２を全て引き抜いた後、内側に六角レンチ２を取り出すといった煩わしさ もなく、内側の六角レンチ２だけを簡単に取り出すことができる。
【００１１】 さらに、図４及び図５に示すように、ホルダー本体１に六角レンチ２を挿通し 状態においては、ホルダー本体１と六角レンチ２とが一体化し、ホルダー本体１ を六角レンチ２のグリップとして兼用することができ、六角レンチ２を使用する 場合、握部５を有する太いホルダー本体１によって、握り易くなるため、六角レ ンチ２でナットあるいはボルトＴを回す際に、回し締めが容易となる。特に、図 ５に示すように、六角レンチ２の柄部２Ａ側を使用する場合、短くて握りずらい 作用部２Ｂをホルダー本体１の装着孔６に挿通することによって、六角レンチ２ を容易に回すことができ、サイズが小さく、かつ、柄部２Ａ側を使用する場合に は有効である。
【００１２】 以上のように、本考案においては、ホルダー本体１に設けた装着孔６にサイズ の異なる複数の六角レンチ２を挿通して、ホルダー本体１に六角レンチ２を一体 的に組み付けることで、紛失などを防いで複数の六角レンチ２をコンパクトに収 納でき、携帯に便利であるとともに、ホルダー本体１の両側部に螺旋状傾斜面３ を形成し、かつ、六角レンチ２の装着孔６を所定間隔を置いてほぼ同一円弧上に 形成することで、ホルダー本体１から外部に突出する六角レンチ２の作用部２Ｂ ２Ｂ同志の干渉を極力少なく抑えることができ、ホルダー本体１から六角レンチ ２を引き抜く際、任意の六角レンチ２だけを簡単に取り出すことができるため、 取扱も容易である。さらに、ホルダー本体１を六角レンチ２のグリップとして兼 用することによって、サイズの小さな六角レンチ２を使用する場合には、六角レ ンチ２が回し易くなり、作業性にも優れるものである。
【００１３】 なお、本考案は、前記実施例に限定されるものではなく、種々の変形実施が可 能である。例えば、ホルダー本体の形状あるいは材質などは適宜設定すればよく 、また、ホルダー本体に組込まれる六角レンチの本数なども適宜設定すればよい ものである。

本考案によれば、径サイズの異なる複数本のＬ字状六角レンチを収納する六角 レンチ用ホルダーにおいて、外周面に握部を有するホルダー本体を設け、このホ ルダー本体の長手方向に沿って、前記六角レンチの径サイズに対応する複数の装 着孔を形成し、その装着孔に前記六角レンチを挿通してホルダー本体に六角レン チを一体的に組み付けることによって、複数本の六角レンチをコンパクトに収納 できるとともに、ホルダーを六角レンチのグリップ部として兼用可能な六角レン チ用ホルダーを提供することができる。

Claims (1)
- 【請求項１】 径サイズの異なる複数本のＬ字状六角レ
ンチを収納する六角レンチ用ホルダーにおいて、外周面
に握部を有するホルダー本体を設け、このホルダー本体
の長手方向に沿って、前記六角レンチの径サイズに対応
する複数の装着孔を形成し、その装着孔に前記六角レン
チを挿通してホルダー本体に六角レンチを一体的に組み
付けて成ることを特徴とする六角レンチ用ホルダー。
