2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a fully automatic washing machine moves to a dehydration process after washing and draining, but when the laundry is deviated in the washing and dewatering tub, the unbalanced rotation is caused by the deviation. Therefore, the entire vibration system including the washing / dehydrating tank and the water tank is eccentrically swung around. At this time, the amount of movement is detected by a detection switch, the motor is turned off, and water is supplied again to loosen the unbalanced laundry for a short time. Further, a lid switch is provided on the lid, and when the motor is rotating in the dehydration process, that is, when the lid is opened while the washing / dehydrating tub is rotating, the lid switch is turned off to stop the rotation.

In such a conventional fully automatic washing machine, if the state of one side of the laundry in the washing / dehydrating tank after drainage is as shown in FIG. The entire vibration system including the dehydration tank and the water tank is eccentrically swung around, and the amount of movement can be detected by the detection switch.
In the case of Fig. 4 (b), since the one-sided mountain portion of the laundry is slightly off the center of the washing / dewatering tub, the lateral vibration of the entire vibration system immediately after the spin-drying rotation starts. At the maximum primary resonance point of 1 to 2 Hz, the vibration system does not swing so much and the detection switch does not operate. However, if dehydration continues in this state, the laundry will be in the state of FIG. 4 (c) as the number of rotations of the dehydration increases, and the unbalanced state becomes larger than in the case of FIG. 4 (b), Since the spin-drying speed also increases considerably, the vertical vibration of the entire vibration system suspended from the outer frame via the vibration isolator becomes larger than the horizontal vibration. Then, the spring of the anti-vibration device intermittently repeats the full compression state, the detection switch does not operate and the product vibrates greatly, and at the end of the complicated movement, the vibration system hits the outer frame and the product starts moving and moves for a while. After that, the detection switch finally operates and the dehydration is stopped.

Further, if the lid is opened while the washing / dehydrating tub is rotating when the above-mentioned abnormal vibration occurs, the lid switch stops the rotation. Normally, the lid switch is an upper cover made of synthetic resin provided on the upper portion of the outer frame. It is provided in. Therefore, it is set so that the lid does not turn off unless the lid is opened at a certain angle, that is, usually 10 ° to 15 °, in consideration of changes with time. Therefore, there is a safety problem that the user can put his / her hand in the washing and dehydrating tub before turning it off.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems. The spin-drying rotation speed becomes considerably high, and the vertical vibration of the entire vibration system suspended from the outer frame through the vibration isolator becomes larger than the horizontal vibration. The purpose of the present invention is to correct the unevenness of the laundry before the spring of the anti-vibration device intermittently repeats the full compression state to cause the product to vibrate or move greatly, so that dehydration can be smoothly performed.

According to the present invention, by the above-mentioned means for solving the problems, the lateral vibration of the entire vibration system immediately after the spin-drying rotation is started in a state where the mountain portion on one side of the laundry is slightly displaced from the center of the washing / dehydrating tub. , The detection system does not operate because the vibration system does not swing so much at the primary resonance point of 1-2 Hz, which is the largest, and the unbalanced state increases, and the spin-drying speed also increases considerably. The vertical vibration of the entire vibration system drooped and supported via the vibration device is larger than the horizontal vibration,
Before the spring of the anti-vibration device intermittently repeats full compression to cause the product to vibrate or move significantly, immediately stop dehydration, re-water and rotate the pulsator to prevent uneven displacement of the laundry. Can be modified. Further, since the lid is prevented from opening by the lid locking device while the motor is rotating, that is, when the washing / dehydrating tub is rotating, there is no risk of the user touching the washing / dehydrating tub.

The operation of the above structure will be described with reference to FIG. 3. When dehydration starts, the timer T is started in step 101, and then the drain valve 6 is operated in step 102 to start draining. When the drainage is completed in step 103, the lid lock device 21 operates in step 104 to lock the lid 19 in the closed state, and in step 105, the motor 5
Turn on to start dehydration. At this time, when the laundry has an unevenness and the entire vibration system 16 including the washing / dehydrating tank 1 and the water tank 3 is eccentrically swung around, the movement amount is detected by the detection lever 17 and detected in step 106. The switch 15 is operated to move to the subroutine, the motor 5 is turned off in step 111, and the motor 5 is turned off.
At 12, the lid lock device 21 is turned off. And step 1
When the cloth shift correction process starts from 13, the water supply valve 12 is first operated in step 114 to start water supply. When water supply is completed by the water level detection means 34 in step 115, the motor 5 is turned on in step 116 to turn on the pulsator 2.
To rotate. When the pulsator 2 is rotated for a certain period of time and the correction of the cloth piece deviation is completed in step 117, the step 1 is performed again.
Return to 00 and start dehydration. When the detection switch 15 is not operated in step 106, it is detected in step 107 whether the load F n applied to the load detection means 25 is larger than a preset load F M , and if it is smaller, dehydration is completed until the end. After continuing, proceed to the next step. When the load F n applied to the load detecting means 25 in step 107 is larger than the preset load F M , that is, at this time, as in the case of FIG. Is slightly deviated from the center of the washing / dehydrating tub 1, and the lateral vibration of the entire vibration system 16 immediately after the spin-drying rotation starts is maximum. Usually, the vibration system does not shake so much at the primary resonance point of 1-2 Hz. The switch 15 does not operate, and the unbalanced state gradually increases as shown in FIG. 4 (c), and the spin-drying rotation speed also increases considerably, so that the suspension 15 hangs down from the outer frame 10 via the vibration isolation device 8. The vertical vibration of the supported vibration system 16 becomes larger than the lateral vibration thereof, and the spring 24 of the vibration isolation device 8 intermittently repeats the full compression state to thereby detect the load.
5, when a shocking load is applied, and at this time, the number of loads F n larger than the F M is accumulated in step 110 and the number N n is smaller than the preset number N M. Indicates that the cloth can be dehydrated without any trouble, and the process returns to step 105 to continue dehydration. During this time, motor 5
Since is rotating, the lid 19 is in a locked state. When N n is larger than the preset number of times N M , the cloth piece deviation is considerably large, and the motor is turned off in step 111 and the above-described cloth piece deviation correction process is started in step 113 to remove the cloth piece deviation. After making corrections, proceed to the dehydration process again.

As is apparent from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, the lid lock device is operated only during the rotation of the motor in the dehydration process, and the load F M set in advance in the load detecting means is set.
When the above load is applied and the number of times exceeds a preset number N M , the lid lock device is released, and dehydration is stopped by a signal from the load detecting means to stop the washing and dewatering tub. Since the water was supplied and the pulsator was rotated to correct the unevenness of the laundry, the dewatering rotation started when the uneven mountain of the laundry was slightly off the center of the washing / dehydrating tub. Immediately the lateral vibration of the entire vibration system is the largest At the primary resonance point of 1 to 2 Hz, the vibration system does not shake so much, the detection switch does not operate, the unbalanced state becomes large, and the spinning speed also becomes considerably high. As a result, the vertical vibration of the entire vibration system hung and supported from the outer frame through the vibration isolator becomes larger than the lateral vibration, and even if the spring of the vibration isolator repeats all compression states intermittently. , The product is large Ku prior to or move vibration,
Immediately after the dehydration is stopped, water is supplied again and the pulsator is rotated to correct the unevenness of the laundry and the dehydration can be smoothly performed. Further, it is safe not only when the water is normally dehydrated but also because the lid lock device is operating while the motor is rotating even in the abnormal dehydration vibration state as described above. Further, in the abnormal dehydration vibration state, since the motor is turned off and the lid lock device is released, there is no problem in operability.
