【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は例えば自動車においてインタークーラーやラジエーターに冷却風を送 通する電動ファンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図４に示すように電動ファン(1) はモーター(2) にファン(3) を取付け、該モ ーター(2) およびファン(3) をシュラウド(4) で囲撓した構成を有している。そ して従来はモーターハーネス(5) はシュラウド(4) の外側からモーター(2) に接 続されていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来構成では、モーターハーネス(5) がシュラウド(4) の外側に配されて いたため、自動車走行中の小石の跳ね上げ（チッピング）等からハーネス(5) を 保護するためにコルゲート等の保護材を使用する必要があり、コスト高になって いた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、電動ファン(11)のシュ ラウド(14)周壁(14A) を二重構造とし、該周壁(14A) 内部にモーターハーネス(1 5)を通した電動ファンを提供するものである。

【作用】
本考案ではモーターハーネス(15)はシュラウド(14)の二重構造の周壁(14A) 内 部に挿通されるから、該周壁(14A) によってハーネス(15)はチッピングから保護 される。

【実施例】 本考案を図１〜図３に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、電動ファン(11)はモ ーター(12)と、該モーター(12)に取付けられているファン(13)と、該モーター(1 2)およびファン(13)を囲撓するシュラウド(14)とからなり、該シュラウド(14)は 二重構造を有する周壁(14A) と、下面に張設されるルーバー(14B) と、周壁(14A ) から差出される車体取付用のプラケット(14C) とからなり、モーターハーネス (15)のプラグ(15A) は該シュラウド(14)の周壁(14A) に取付けられ、ハーネス(1 5)は周壁(14A) 内に挿通され、更に図３に示すようにルーバー(14B) のハーネス 枠(14D) 内に挿通される。
【０００７】 上記構成ではモーターハーネス(15)はシュラウド(14)の周壁(14A) およびハー ネス枠(14D) によってチッピング等から保護される。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案ではモーターハーネスがシュラウドの周壁によって保護され ているから、該ハーネスはビニルチューブ等の安価な被覆で充分である。
