2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of lining pipes of this type, Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-129
The method described in Japanese Patent No. 11 is known. In this method, a string-like material is inserted into the lining material, the lining material is fixed to one end of the pipe line in an annular shape, and the fluid pressure is applied to the rear portion of the annular fixing portion, while the annular fixing portion is removed. The protruding string-like object is pulled through the pipe, and the lining material is turned inside out so that the inside is the outside at the folded portion formed in the annular fixed portion, and the folded portion advances along the pipeline. Then, the lining material that has been turned upside down is adhered to the inner surface of the pipe line to lining it.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In this method, however, it is necessary to divide the pipeline into sections of about 2 to 300 m and perform the above-mentioned construction for each section.
If the length of the section is excessively long, it is necessary to insert the string-like object over the entire length of the long conduit and pull the string-like object to turn over the lining material. Therefore, the frictional resistance between the string-like object and the conduit increases, and a large force is required to pull the string-like object. Particularly when there are many bent portions of the conduit, a large force is required even if the section is relatively short.

On the other hand, in the case of lining by the above method, the length of the lining material may be the same as the length of the pipeline in principle, but there is some room for the lining material to perform work at both ends of the pipeline. The lining material is longer than the length of the section of the pipeline by a dozen meters. And the margin is required for each section, and the loss of the lining material is considerably large.

Moreover, since the liner is lined in each section, the pipeline must be cut at the boundary of the section, the lining material must be inserted into the pipeline and bonded, and then both ends of the lining material must be appropriately treated and fixed to the inner surface of the pipeline. In addition, after that, the cut sections must be connected to regenerate a continuous pipeline.

If it is possible to line the longer section at one time, these problems will be greatly reduced, and it will be possible to more efficiently line the section. However, due to the above-mentioned circumstances, it is difficult to lengthen the section. It was.

Means for Solving the Problems Thus, the present invention forms a communicating portion that communicates with the outside at an appropriate interval in a continuous pipeline, and inserts a string-like object between the communicating portions of the pipeline, The end of the lining material, through which the string-like object is inserted over its entire length, is fixed to one end of the pipe line in an annular shape, and the string-like product inserted into the lining material and one end of the pipe line are inserted. While connecting the string-like material and applying fluid pressure to the rear part of the annular fixing portion of the lining material, pulling the string-like material from the communication portion closest to the one end to fix the lining material in the annular shape. While turning over so that the inside is the outside at the folded part formed in the part,
The folded portion is advanced along the duct to the vicinity of the communicating portion, and then the cord is pulled from the next communicating portion of the communicating portion to turn the lining material inside out, and the folded portion is guided along the duct. Repeatedly advancing to the vicinity of the next communication part, and finally pulling the string-like object from the other end of the pipeline to turn the lining material inside and proceed the folding part along the pipeline to the other end of the pipeline. Finally, the lining material is adhered to the inner surface of the pipe by the fluid pressure.

The conduit 1 is formed with at least one communicating portion 2 communicating with the outside at an appropriate interval. The distance between the communicating portions 2 should be equal to or shorter than the length of the section which can be lined in one step by the conventional method. Although it varies depending on the inner diameter of the pipe and the degree of bending, in the case of a pipe having an inner diameter of 150 mm with little bending, it is suitable to form at intervals of 2 to 300 m or less.

Further, the structure of the communication part 2 is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in the communicating portion 2a in the drawing, a through hole may be bored in the conduit 1, and as shown in the communicating portion 2b, when a T-shaped portion is provided in the middle of the conduit, It is possible to remove the branch of the T-shaped tube that is not lined and use it as the communication part 2. In addition, a part of the pipeline 1 may be cut,
In addition, when a service tee or a clamp take-out portion is formed in the middle of the pipeline, these can be used.

In the drawing, the pressure vessel 4 is attached to one end of the conduit 1. Inside the pressure vessel 4, an lining material 5 is wound in a coil shape and accommodated, and an end of the lining material 5 is fixed in an annular shape between the conduit 1 and the pressure vessel 4. The length of the lining material 5 is a length corresponding to the entire length of the pipe line 1, and the same margin as that described in the conventional example is required. A string-like object 6 is inserted into the lining material 5, and the string-like object 6 protruding from the annular fixing portion of the lining material 5 is inserted into the one end portion of the conduit 1. Connect to.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, the long pipe is divided into a plurality of portions, and the string-like material is pulled for each of the portions, so that the lining material is turned inside out, so that the string-like material is pulled. The distance will be relatively short, and there will not be many bends in that portion. Therefore, the friction between the string-like object and the inner surface of the conduit does not increase more than necessary, and the string-like object can be pulled with a comparatively small force to advance the lining material inside out.

Nevertheless, the length of the finally lined pipe can be as long as necessary, and theoretically, it is also possible to line a line that is infinitely long at one time. However, the length of the lining material 5 that can be handled is actually limited, but it is possible to lining the pipe line to a length of several thousand meters, which is significantly longer than the conventional method described above.

In addition, in particular, even if there are many bends in the pipe line system and it was not possible to advance the lining material inside out by the conventional method, the number of bends contained in the pipe line would be excessive. It is also possible to temporarily line the inside of the continuous lining material by advancing the inside of the lining material by dividing it into several conduit portions so as not to increase in number.

Therefore, the loss due to the margin of the lining material is small,
Further, there is little work for processing the terminal portion of the lining material and reconnecting the cut portion of the pipeline, so that the construction time can be greatly shortened and the cost can be reduced.

Further, since the work in the communication part 2 is only the work of connecting the string-like object 3 to the next string-like object 3 except the work of pulling the string-like object 3 by an appropriate pulling means, the work time is It is short and almost the same as inserting the entire length of the pipe at a time. Further, it is necessary to close the communication part 2 after lining, but unlike connecting a cut pipe line, the work is extremely easy, and if the folded part 7 of the lining material passes through the communication part 2, In this case, the closing work can be immediately started, so that the time of the whole process is not extended.
