Abstract

PURPOSE:To form painting patterns on the superfacial cloths of a 'kimekomi ningyo' or wooden doll pasted with cloths, by sticking a painting pattern on pasted cloths with a kimekomi ningyo doll, after the painting pattern is drawn on the original shell by use of Paris white and it is molded with silicone rubber and unsaturated polyester resin is poured in the silicon rubber to form the painted pattern and finally it is removed out. CONSTITUTION:Protruding patterns 5 are drawn by use of Paris white with a writing brush on the original shell 4 with the same shape with the bare body of a kimekomi ningyo doll 1. And the periphery is surrounded by clay or the like to make a boundary wall 6. After that, silicone rubber is poured in the boundary rubber 6 and unsaturated polyester resin is buried in the molded silicone rubber. Hereafter, the painting pattern is transferred to the silicone rubber and an adhesive like bond is applied on the rear face to stick it on cloth 3. In this way, a lot of same patterns can rapidly and easily be made. And even difficult patterns by a brush depending on kinds of cloth can easily be applied on every surface.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a pattern forming method for a wood grain doll has been a method in which paulownia powder is mixed with raw paste or kneaded, or a material such as gypsum or polyvinyl chloride resin is put into a mold and die-cut. Form the body that is the prototype of the doll, then press the fabric along the wood grained lines formed on the body to fix the fabric, and then each desired pattern, color, etc. on the surface of the fabric It was completed by writing in a book. The above-mentioned conventional technique requires drawing a pattern or the like on the cloth one by one, which is troublesome and requires skill. Further, there are drawbacks such as that the paste of the paint is bad depending on the kind of the cloth, or the paint drawn down may be dropped off with the passage of time.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-described problems of the prior art, makes it easy to form a predetermined identical pattern in a large amount without requiring a skilled worker, and makes it possible to fabricate different kinds of fabrics. Despite the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for forming a pattern of a wood-grained doll, in which the pattern body is securely fixed and there is no risk of falling out for a long period of time.

In order to achieve the above object, the method for forming a pattern of a wood grain doll according to the present invention is a convex shape of a wood powder which is a prototype of the body of the wood grain doll, and is made of a fine powder to make it convenient. Draw a pattern, and then surround the pattern with clay etc. to create a surrounding boundary wall. Silicone rubber is poured into the surrounding boundary wall, and after the silicone rubber is cured, the silicone rubber is peeled off from the barrel. After that, unsaturated polyester resin is embedded in the concave pattern formed on the surface of silicone rubber, the pattern pattern body formed by the unsaturated polyester resin is pulled out from the silicone rubber, adhesive is applied to the back side, and fixed to the wood grain doll It is to be attached to the cloth. Further, the picture pattern body is appropriately decorated as required.

An unsaturated polyester resin (Toa Paint Co., Ltd.) is embedded in the molded silicone rubber. 10
Leave it for about 15 minutes. The unsaturated polyester resin protruding from the concave portion is removed with cotton or paper tape to complete a beautiful pattern body. After that, the above-mentioned pattern body is removed from the silicone rubber mold, and an adhesive such as a bond is applied to the back surface of the body to attach it to the cloth 3 at an appropriate position.
Gold leaf can be directly applied to the surface. The extra gold leaf can be easily removed with a brush.

As described above, according to the pattern forming method of the woodgrain doll of the present invention, it becomes easy to form a predetermined same pattern in a large amount at an early stage. Further, according to the method of the present invention, a pattern which has a poor adhesiveness with a brush depending on the kind of cloth can be easily attached to any surface because the pattern is adhered and fixed. Further, since the pattern is firmly fixed to the cloth with an adhesive, there is an effect that it does not come off from the cloth for a long period of time. In addition, such a pattern body can be used on the other side such as being attached to a cloth for a costume doll, Yuzen cloth or the like in an appropriate place.
