Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 排水溝の洗い場側の溝側面におけるＦＲＰの
露出を防止し、美感を高める。 【構成】 防水パン本体１において、洗い場２の上面に
は排水溝３の縁部までタイル７が張り付けられている。
該排水溝３にはタイル８が張り付けられ、該タイル８の
厚さは該排水溝３の最大深さより大きい。 【効果】 排水溝の洗い場側の溝側面もタイルで覆われ
るため、ＦＲＰが露出することがなく、美感が著しく優
れたものとなる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は防水パンに係り、特にＦＲＰ製の防水パン本体の洗い場にタイルが張 り付けられた防水パンに関する。

【従来の技術】
ＦＲＰ製の防水パン本体の洗い場にタイルを張り付けて高級感を付与した防水 パンが広く用いられている。
【０００３】 また、洗い場の側辺部（例えば洗い場と浴槽との境界部）に沿って排水溝を設 けることも広く行なわれている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
洗い場にタイルを張り付ける場合、この排水溝の溝底面にもタイルを張り付け 、排水溝内の美感を高めることがある。
【０００５】 ところが、従来のこの種の防水パンにおいては、排水溝の溝側面においてＦＲ Ｐが露出してしまい、その分だけ美感が損なわれていた。
【０００６】 本考案の目的は、上記従来の問題点を解決し、排水溝の洗い場側の溝側面にお けるＦＲＰの露出を防止し、美感を高めることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の防水パンは、洗い場の側辺部に沿って排水溝が設けられているＦＲＰ 製の防水パン本体と、該洗い場の上面に、該排水溝の縁部まで覆うように張り付 けられたタイル又は石材と、該排水溝の溝底面をすべて覆うように張り付けられ たタイル又は石材と、を備えてなり、該排水溝底面のタイル又は石材の厚さは該 防水パン本体の排水溝の最大深さよりも大であり、該排水溝底面のタイル又は石 材が該防水パン本体の排水溝の洗い場側の溝側面を覆っていることを特徴とする ものである。

【作用】
かかる本考案の防水パンにおいては、排水溝の洗い場側の溝側面もタイル又は 石材で覆われるため、きわめて美感が良いものとなる。

【実施例】
以下、図面を参照して実施例について説明する。第１〜３図は本考案の実施例 に係る防水パンを示すものであって、第１図は排水溝部分の断面図（第２図のＩ −Ｉ線部分の拡大断面図）、第２図は防水パンの平面図、第３図は第２図のIII- III 線に沿う断面図である。
【００１０】 この防水パンは、ＦＲＰ（本実施例ではガラス繊維強化樹脂）製の防水パン本 体１と、この防水パン本体１の洗い場２及び排水溝３に張り付けられたタイル７ 、８とからなる。この排水溝３は洗い場２と浴槽設置部４との境界部に沿って延 在している。洗い場の浴槽設置部４側の隅部には排水トラップ５が設けられてお り、排水溝３の水下側はこの排水トラップ５に通じている。第１図の符号６は浴 槽エプロンを示す。
【００１１】 該洗い場２の上面には、該排水溝３の縁部まで覆うようにタイル７が張り付け られている。また、該排水溝３には該排水溝底面３ａをすべて覆うようにタイル ８が張り付けられている。該タイル８の厚さは、該排水溝３の最大深さよりも大 きく、該排水溝３の洗い場２側の溝側面３ｂを覆っている。
【００１２】 このように構成された防水パンにおいては、該排水溝３の前記洗い場２側の溝 側面３ｂのＦＲＰ面が前記タイル８で覆われるため、美感が優れたものとなる。 また、排水溝側面３ｂに小さなタイルを張り付けることが不要であり、防水パン の製作も容易である。
【００１３】 上記実施例においては、洗い場２及び該排水溝３をタイル７、８で覆っている が、石材を用いても良い。

【考案の効果】
以上の通り、本考案の防水パンでは、排水溝の洗い場側の溝側面もタイルで覆 われるため、ＦＲＰが露出することがなく、美感が著しく優れたものとなる。
