Description
【考案の詳細な説明】 〔０００１〕 この考案はおもに、短靴ぐつ及びその上部の足の部分を風雨より保護する 為のものである。
〔０００２〕 従来、自転車通学の女生徒等は、雨カッパはきてもズボンのカッパまでは 身につけるのを嫌ったので雨の日などは、自転車をこぐと膝から下がぬれて靴は びしょぬれになり、不愉快な思いをしていた。
〔０００３〕 本考案はその対策として靴をはいたまま着用できるカッパを考案した。
〔０００４〕 このカッパは底の部分が閉じていないので多少の空気が入り靴部分が、む れない様になっている。地面を歩行の際には底の開口部より靴を露出して使用で きる。
