Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】本案のゴムのり付き道路は、ゴム特有の性質に
より、ゴムのりで舗装の表面に張付く雪氷を、一時的に
予防しようとして考案した。本案を長期的に考えると、
車両走行での安全度、快適度の増加や車両損傷と燃費、
他消耗費の軽減等を計ると同時に、舗装表面を防水する
ため路面剥離やひび割れ、凍上クラック、摩耗、わだち
等を防止する。これら車両や舗装の耐用年数の増加等
と、道路の維持管理の軽減等により、本案は経済的な効
果を果し得るものである。 【構成】基盤１の上の道路アスファルト・コンクリート
舗装２にゴム３を張付けた。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】
この実用新案は、舗装表面の凍結を抑制する目的でゴムを塗り付けたものであ る。 従来、ゴムによる凍結抑制機能を有する舗装はアスファルトにゴムを混合させ るか、ゴムマットを設置するかであった。 本案は舗装表面にゴムを塗り付け、ゴム特有の弾力で表面の凍結を防ぐもので ある。これを図面にして説明すれば、在来の舗装か新たに舗設した舗装の表面を フオグシールした後、使用部にゴムを付着させ一層として仕上げる。ゴムは天然 ゴム、合成ゴム、改質ゴム再生ゴムのいずれかでも、低温で弾力を失わないもの であればよい。

【考案の詳細な説明】この実用新案は、在来の道路舗装の表面を対象に、液体状のゴムのりを、スプレ ー式器具等で、路面全体に吹付けてゴムを路面に張り付けた。 従来の道路舗装の表面組織では、砕石や砂等のため剛性で硬く、積雪寒冷地等で 冬期には、雪氷が路面に張付き、交通安全度が極端に悪い。従来から、ポリウレ タン系樹脂等の高分子材料と、弾性の大きいゴムチップやウレタンチップ等を、 常温で混合した混合物による弾性舗装はあるが、工費や施工方法等に問題があり 、実際の道路に供することはほとんどない。本案の場合には、冬期間雪氷が路面 に張付く一時期のために、簡便で簡易な方法で、これを予防することを目的とす る。 これを図にして説明すれば、従来の道路アスファルト・コンクリート舗装に、ゴ ムを前述の方法で張付けたもの。
