あたり3mg量のチオ硫酸ナトリウムおよび4mg量の塩化金
酸を加え、65℃で70分間にわたり化学増感を施した。安
定剤として4−ヒドロキシ−6−メチル−1,3,3a,7−テ
トラザインデンの1%溶液を銀1モルあたり30ml加え

含有するゼラチン水溶液中に激しい攪拌下、75℃で40
分、pAg=7.4になるようにコントロールしながら添加
し、平均粒径0.45μの単分散立方体沃臭化銀乳剤(平均
沃化銀含有率1.5モル%、分散係数9%)を調製した。
この乳剤を乳剤Aと同様の方法で脱塩および化学増感を

真感光材料。 一般式(I) 式中R1、R2は各々アルキル基、アリール基、シアノ基、
−COOR5、−CONR5R6、−COR7、−SO2R7、−SO2NR5R6又
は−NR6SO2R7(ここにR5、R6は水素原子、アルキル基又
はアリール基を表わし、R7はアルキル基又はアリール基
を表わし、R5とR6又はR6とR7は連結して5又は6員環を
形成してもよい)を表わし、R3、R4は各々水素原子又は
